Ok. I've messed around with supplements since I was 16, and now I'm 27. I also messed around with oral steroids (the thing that caused my peyronies in the first place), and dmso and iodine topically on my dick (the thing that really worsened my penis), and other drugs in the past such as viagra etc..

I now taking all these supplements in the past, that my peyronies is a result of autoimmune disorder. I am allergic to a lot of supplements now. Things like vitamin C, cayenne, Evening Primrose Oil, carnitine, coq10 etc.. All supplements that use to help my peyronies and dick erection quality, all now make my penis worse and destroys it more.

I can't barely take anything supplements wise, before my dick feels worse after the erection or the next day, and I lose more girth.

I'm trying to cut down to a few essential, but not sure how much they are helping.

Honestly I might have been better off if I could go back in time, drop the supplements, eat healthily and exercise only, and just used a nice topical treatment.

I think I continued to use supplements, because my erections are no where near as hard if I don't.

Anyway I might try and go supplement free for a month, except for zinc, magnesium, and vitamin e and maybe vitamin k.

Hey man,

There could definitely be something up with the supplements you're taking. Maybe even one is causing issues?
I totally recommend going supplement free for a while and seeing what happens. I dropped a lot of supplements as well since I was feeling pretty sick last year when I was writing my master's thesis. Now I'm only taking a few and I think things HAVE gotten better. I'm just not entirely sure why.

Anything else happening with your penis specifically? less or more sexual activity?
Take a break and just eat blueberries and ginger and see what happens. Two bowls of frozen blueberries a day and ginger tea is an easy way to reduce inflammation and all kinds of damage.
