Loss of feeling and no tension

Hello,

I am really seeking advice and suggestions from whoever is willing to give it.

1) No matter how I wear my traction device I do not feel it pulling or stretching me and don't feel any fatigue after wearing it. When putting it on I fully stretch my penis out as far as it can go and compress the springs all the way down but I still don't feel the tension. What could I possibly be doing wrong if anything?

2) I am struggling because it cuts off the blood circulation to the head of my penis and my head turns dark and turns cold when wearing it. It seems to have led to a temporary loss of feeling because it is hard to get erections now and when I do they are very weak. I am afraid I could receive permanent nerve damage if this keeps happening. What should I do?
