Hi, I'm new here and I'm wondering if there are any good treatments for hourglass deformation, pain and manual exercises to keep it from getting worse for the time being until I find a Urologist and get most of the things I need like supplements, etc.

I'm afraid there's no sure fire recommendation for hourglass or any other variant of Peyronies Disease, unfortunately. Most of the popular supplements you can get at the drug store or Wal-Mart, etc.  As for seeing a Uro, it's a crap shoot - the majority are useless when it comes to Peyronies Disease.

Best I can recommend is read this forum, find a treatment that sounds doable to you and get with it. The popular ones are VED, traction, supplements like COQ10, Acetyl L-Carnitine, etc., and the prescription drugs Pentox (Trental), and daily Cialis. The injectable drug Xiaflex is something you'd have to see a Uro about.

Best of luck to you,

51 yrs. old, multiple auto-immune conditions. First episode of Peyronies Disease in 2002. Recurred a couple times since. Over the years I have tried Topical Verapamil, Iontophoresis, all the supps and Cialis + Pentoxifylline. Still functional, always worried.
