Mens progress - Prolong traction device

Hello,

I am about to purchase a traction device for myself. My doctor recommended this particular one which I cannot find reviews for anywhere online and no mention of it on these forums :

Has anyone every used or heard of this one? Im not expert on these, but it seems to me that the cord used to hold the penis gland in place doesnt seem secure enough. Seems like it might slip out. Other more popular options seem more secure. Im guessing that the mechanism for all of these is that same and that the materials used and the way they hold the penis in place is the only difference...

anyone have any feedback on this?

I didn t get on with this type of device, it made the glands go numb. I ve got a Phallosan Forte expensive but the most comfortable.
