Stopping pentox 1200mg after 3 months

I need to stop pentox due to the side effects its causing me: poor sleep, concentration, memory, problem solving, anxiety. Are there other supplements you'd recommend taking besides coq10 and l argentine, any antioxidants...?

Consider Magnesium Chloride.  I've heard good things, and I just started it myself.
