Me Bent Dick

If it is Vitamin E, which brand and type is best to use? I have had this condition for about 3 years. Ready to tackle it, best means possible.

Vit E will do little or nothing against Peyronies. Read the section on Oral remedies.

You need to see a clued up Urologist. You want an ultrascan to determine the extent of the plaque and if there is calcification.

As Jonbinspain wrote, Vitamin E will not help with Peyronies, will not harm you also
In my opinion Pentox, low dose Cialis, VED will be a good start.
Make a testosterone test also

And there is a list of Dr's on this forum somewhere with some anecdotal notes from men who have been patients.

You are from the US so you should know enough English to understand the word anecdotal.
The notes on the forum doctors list are first hand information written by people that had appointments with those doctors.
Regarding:

You are member from April 22, 2015, 270 posts and you know exactly where the list is.
Are you getting paid to promote the link you are posting again and again?

No pay.  Just find it interesting and perhaps useful.

You say anecdotal as if it is a negative thing.  Anecdotal is not negative.  Anecdotal is personal experience...first hand information.  The lists here are simply that.  I find anecdotal evidence more convincing of most things than any scientifically collected "evidence".  I would rather have a recommendation for or against a Dr based on someone I can actually have an interactive conversation with over a bound book or a journal any day.

The outside link I share is a simple statistical computation based on publications on the topic, and may be usefully arranged for members from wherever on the planet. It will also locate Dr's with other published "expertise" on that page, so it may prove useful for ancillary issues as well.

I have added the links you give to the forum entries about the Dr's our members have experience with to a little note on my computer and will suggest them all together in the future when it seems appropriate.  It is one of those things where "I really ought to bookmark that since it seems to come up often", and I finally did.  I don't "know" exactly where the list is here on the forum any more than I "know" most of the phone numbers I call all the time.  I have a contact list for those.  Those forum entries are now in a place where I can easily retrieve them and I will suggest them in the future.

My frustration level with this issue is at an extreme high, especially right now when all of my available funds and more are being demanded by the medical needs of my daughter.  She was given three months to live back in January after more than a year of illness, and she is still going.  It is costing me more than you can imagine just in co-pays.  I cannot even afford the treatment plan I want to follow...Pentox/Cialis and VED.  I have the home made VED, but I cannot determine if I am making ANY progress without the Pentox/Cialis.  I have had to drop most of the supplements for a while as I have been experiencing side effects in my vision and general well being.  This only adds to the frustration.

Being castigated for NOT remembering the link to the Dr's list here is just plain annoying at this point.

I understand anecdotal as it is explained here:
anecdotal - Dictionary Definition : Vocabulary.com
QuoteSomething anecdotal has to do with anecdotes — little stories. Anecdotal evidence is based on hearsay rather than hard facts.
Maybe because I am not native English speaking.

The scientific community tries to cast anecdotes in a negative light.  While it is entirely possible and even common for anecdotes to be inaccurate, the ability to interact with the one who has the experience negates that factor in my mind.  After a bit of communication with the one telling the tale it is normally a simple thing to know how much weight to give their opinion.  Besides, some things are not able to be objectively analyzed.  Demeanor for example is purely subjective.  What some patients find as curt or even rude may be well received by someone like myself who understands that short, specific answers to questions are often preferred to the idle chit-chat that makes up most friendly human interactions.  I'm more interested in a solution than a relationship when I go to a Dr.

Anecdotal evidence in the English language usually implies unsupported "hearsay".

Unsupported or not, if the one delivering the anecdote can be conversed with, I find such of greater value than the narrow focus of "scientific studies"...especially the way such studies are funded here in the West.  There are many flawed studies, the most notable of which being about fluoride and teeth.

Jonbinspain

If agree with Kuaka. Although grammatically anecdotal implies unsupported hearsay, in the case of Peyronies especially, it's more likely to be relating to somebody's personal experience. As the medical profession is mostly in the dark regarding Peyronie's, it cannot really say that what one sufferer found helpful or unhelpful is not based in fact.

kuaka

Anecdote is an informal way of sharing experience.  The older I get, the less I trust "scientific" proof and the more I lean towards anecdotal information.  I have perhaps been jaded by the political manipulation of science...
