Hello:
Saw urologist and have a 3 cm and 1 cm plaque.  Am 50 years old, married - still able to have sex but more difficult (less hard - more painful) already kind of went through similar with dupuytrens - many alternative treatments then finally needle aputorornomy, xiaflex and radiation - seemed to work great (three years at least).

Am wondering if anyone knows of a good urologist in Portland Or - I am leaning towards Xiaflex unless am talked out of it...
