Hello everyone . Pentox took 2 months and honestly it seems that something has helped me , I wanted to add ubiquinol , am 36 years old and can not find the exact dose and duration of treatment is recommended, or at what time of day to take it. Is there a problem if I take exactly the same time that Pentox , I mean at the same hour ? Thanks to all. Regards

Ubiquinol is basically activated CoQ-10.  It is a supplement in nature, and I would distribute "doses" throughout the day in order to work on achieving a certain "level" of it present.  As far as actual quantity?  I'm sure there are recommendations around here, but I don't have one at this time.  I pretty much had to minimize and/or drop most of the supplements for a while myself due to some issues related to too much circulation "improvement".

As Kuaka said, Ubiquinol is the refined form of CoQ10 and this what our body uses. If you can afford, take Ubiquinol. If not, CoQ10.
Dosage 100 to 200 mg a day, divide in two, can be morning and evening, I don't know any problem connected to taking Pentox and Ubiquinol together.
