My Ex-girlfriend and I have recently become reaquainted with each other.
I know that she had sex with two guys since our breakup. I also had some things with other women.
Because of my ED I usually took some Cialis. Often a low dose, like 5 mg does the job reasonably well.
In this case though I truly want to make an impression, a real impact on the girl if you know what I mean.
I need a HARD and reliable erection.
I guess 20 mg Cialis would do that job. Though Cialis makes me very dizzy in that dose.
Can one recommend meds or particular combinations for the purpose I'm describing here? What would you take?
Thanks!

There are really only three reliable choices, and you already know them - Cialis, Levitra and Viagra. Some men like each more than the others - what I might like may not work the best for you. You really have to find what works for you - someone else's recommendation won't mean much.

I will say that what Nemo said is right.
For me, a strongest lasting erection is with 100 mg Viagra

Age 71, Peyronies from Jan 2009 following penis fracture during sex. Severe ED.
Lost 2" length and a lot of girth. Late start, still VED, Cialis & Pentox helped. Prostate surgery 2014.
Got amazing support on the forum

Yeah, I'd agree with James. I've tried them both. Cialis if you want a marathon session. But, 100mg of Viagra should make you rock hard, if you don't have severe ED or leakage.

Note to all:

Based on my many years of treating my ED, I found that mixing ED agents at the same can often cause a reaction to each other and prevent good erections.

I suggest that you try to ''test'' each ED med separately to really find the correct one to do the best job for good and lasting erections.

Finally, one last thought, if none of these meds work really great, the VED can and will give you the best and strongest erection possible.

TIP: JUST DON'T OVERPUMP THE PRESSURE TO CAUSE ANY FURTHER TRAUMA TO YOUR PENIS, USE ONLY ENOUGH VACUUM TO PRODUCE THE REQUIRED ERECTION. THIS MAY TAKE A BIT OF PRACTICE TO FIND THE CORRECT COCK RING.

I read posts like these and I see Good advice. But there are things I just can't wrap my head around. I will have to vent off one of these days!
