Hi all.

Glad to meet others in the same situation.  It would have been better to meet under different circumstances.

My story:

I am 60.  I have had an interesting but not good sexual history.  I had experienced premature ejaculation for multiple decades with lapses of semi-satisfactory success but nothing to brag about. In early 2010 I experienced a sudden case of ED, possibly brought on by taking Methylphenidate for adult ADD. My doctor prescribed Viagra which I started taking immediately.  Not only did the ED get resolved ( for an hour or so during the Viagra's four hour time span ), by premature ejaculation stopped!   My wife and I were thrilled and I felt like superman.  Best sex of our 20+ yr. relationship.

Fast forward to  Jan 2014 when we took a short weekend trip and had sex several times in a very short period of time, all good.  Shortly thereafter I noticed a slight bend but thought it wasn't anything.  My penis never hurt but sometimes felt "full" and "tight" when under the spell of Viagra.  The curvature is upward and straight, not to one side or the other.  I visited a recommended urologist (from my GP) in the Fall of 2014 and he said I had Peyronie's disease and said it wasn't deadly and surgery was not determined to work.  Basically go home and live with it.

It is now August 2015 and the bending has stopped.  When flaccid the curve is not noticeable but I feel the scar tissue. But it feels noticeably shorter and with a major reduction in girth. When erect it bends close to my body above my penis.  The shortening is noticeable, especially compared to when I started Viagra in 2010.  Maybe the length is not a lot less, maybe an inch or so, but as they say, size matters.

Intercourse is difficult as my wife has bad knees and the best position before her knee problem was her on top, especially since the curve matched for both of us.  Scissor position is not good because I am curving into the side of her vagina.  Missionary position is acceptable but when she tightens she pushes the curved penis out. Rear entry is impossible because I can't stay in.

I believe I am in the chronic stage and wondering what non-invasive treatments are available AND work, at least for some of you.  I have read about penis stretchers and vacuum pumps. Are these treatments useful at all?  How about for treatments now, possibly 18-20 months from  the onset of Peyronie's?

Really would like some simple answers if they exist.

Thanks

What helped me to stop the progression and gain back some of my lost length and girt is VED, 5 mg Cialis and 3*400 mg Pentox a day. I also eliminated 3 hourglasses and softened the plaques. No improvement in bending, other members reported improvement with the bending too.
Read carefully the VED instructions not to make damage to yourself.
Sooner treatment is better, start as soon as you can.
Sen't you also a PM.
