In other words, can a traction device actually make the scar tissue disappear if used religiously over an extended period of time?

kuaka

The operating theory is that if gentle traction can stretch the scar tissue...when used in conjunction with scar tissue softening agents...you can eventually make the scarred area of the tunica sized to the point where it will not interfere with erection enough to prevent use.  I doubt it could completely eliminate the scarring itself...just render it sized and shaped to where it no longer prevents normal use of the organ.

So like pentox would be a scar tissue softening agent right? What are some others?

I believe that what Kuaka is saying is basically correct. If you look at Xiaflex, after the injections there is the remodeling, which is done by stretching. Traction or VED can stretch the tissue surrounding the plaque - maybe even remodel the plaque itself over a much longer period of time, but it will work far better if the plaque is softened, or partially dissolved beforehand

So Jonbisnpain, what are the best ways, besides xiaflex because i can't afford it at the moment, to soften the plaques?

Jonbinspain

As you already alluded to, Pentox. In fact, if you have calcified plaque, it's probably about the only thing that can deal with calcification.

Depending what stage of the disease you're at, you also want to stop any further progression. Low dose Cialis , ALC, Citrulline Malate etc, will all help with that.
