Treatment advice - Xiaflex

I have had Peyronies for about 5 years now.  My urologist at the time 5 years ago was about to retire and did not paint a positive picture for me and was not able to offer any sort of treatment guidance. He did say he'd write me a prescription for whatever I felt I needed, but I was so overwhelmed at that point that I just decided to go without meds and try a VED.  I used the VED sporadically for the first year but  not since.  Now 5 years later I have reached out to another urologist, who has prescribed 400 mg of Pentox twice a day and Arginine- 500mg twice a day to go along with low dose Cialis.  He is having me come back a month from now for a test dose of Xiaflex.  Can anyone offer any advice for this line of treatment?  

As far as my current condition goes, most importantly, I am able to have sex with my wife without much discomfort or problems.  I do have a significant bend upward in my penis and have lost size
in length and girth.

Your new doctor seems to know his job.
I would just say that maybe you need more than one months to see results from Pentox, low dose Cialis and Arginine.
Addition of VED will help also
