Regaining size after MASSIVE post-surgery length loss

Hi,

I had Nesbit procedure few months ago and lost way over an inch, around an inch and a half. I since then developed phimosis, I was circumcised and LOST LENGHT again ! Around an inch. The surgery was only last week, I read on internet some people lose length during circumcison but get it back after it all heals.

I don't think it requires any explanation how I feel to go from having a really big dick ( over 7inch ) to now having a 4.5, hopefully 5 after circumcision heals ( this was the length post Nesbit surgery) It's beyond depressing. I don't regret the surgery though as now at least it works unlike before when penetration was not an option due to curvature

So, my question is - how to regain the size? I have heard some use the Vacuum Pump but i can't find much feedback on the results. Anyone has successfully regained at least some of the lost size??? The pump itself is for me (student) quite expensive, 250 british pounds for the medical grade recommended by the doctors so i would LOVE to hear some feedback before I go in and purchase one. Of course I know not to use it yet as I am still healing from circumcision.

I also heard about the penis extender though to me, the pump seems less invasive and easier to stick with

Also, is there any dick of curvature coming back after the use of pump?

Please share your experiences with regaining the size

:)

I would caution you that if you're using a pump to try to gain 1.5" of lost length, you're going to run the risk of injuring yourself. It's only human nature that if you're trying to make up that much lost length, you'll push the bounds of the pump, and that can quickly lead to injury - i.e. more peyronies.

I would think in your case, traction would be the better option. But I've never done traction, so I can't speak to how it actually is on a day-to-day basis.

thanks for your reply. Yeah i have been looking at traction too. When I first went to see surgeon he actually did recommend i can try VED or surgery for my curvature. But I was so desperate to just get it done as it been depressing me all my life - i just went for the surgery right away. This makes me think that perhaps, VED is not that likely to cause me curvature as this is what has been recommended for the initial treatment anyway.

Have you got some experience with VED?

I am quite realistic and I don't expect to go back to my pre-surgery size, but just hope for any improvement, whether that's just half an inch

Wait, I'm confused, did you have Peyronie's or just a congenital curvature?

The danger with a VED is that at excessive pressure (as in someone trying to stretch their penis to make it larger), there is a risk of tearing tissue and causing Peyronie's Disease.  I am comfortable in saying that there's no way you're going to stretch your penis 1.5" with a VED. If you could, every man in America would be using a VED religiously to gain 1.5 inches. I have used a VED and did gain about .5 to .75" but this was stretching out what I'd lost to Peyronie's scar tissue, NOT stretching healthy tissue, such as you would have if you had a Nesbit because of congenital curvature. In other words, I was stretching out an accordion that was compressed, not trying to stretch a hot dog.

I'm not even sure traction would regain what you've lost but I think in theory it would stand a better chance of safely gaining length. A VED if misused is simply too easily capable of injuring you.  And as I said, if you're specifically trying to gain back 1.5", I can easily see you over pumping.

I had nesbit for congenital curvature. As I said i am in no way trying to get 1.5 inch back. I just hope for anything, half an inch, .25 or anything at this point.

Why would VED not be a good option for Nesbit used for congenital curvature ?

Traction devices put a lateral force along the length of your penis. And they are actually sold as penis lengthening devices. VEDs create a force from the inside out which will stretch the Tunica somewhat, but also keep your erection straight which also places a lateral force wherever your plaque is located.

If you truly want to try regaining length.... you first need to wait until you are FULLY healed from your plication surgery or you risk tearing your sutures. And after this waiting period then traction would be the only way I know to regain length.

I think this information may help you.
Dr Kuehhas once said in theory you can gain your original lenght back since your penile structures (vessels, nerves and so on) are biologcally programmed for that lenght. Easier if you don't have fibrotic tissue as you should not have and not develop (or at least minimally) if the procedure has been made correctly by steady and skillful hands. It just requires a lot of commitment using a traction device or just using your own hands. But you need to wait a little and allow your body to heal first, as it was said.

I don't konw if you came across my story in here but I had many many suergeries and I lost more than 5cm..well, I gain bak 2,5 cm (the results are permament on what I see and what Kuehhas says) and I think I will gain more if I continued. I know a guy he gained back all his lenght despite fibrosis after many surgeries as me.

Severe congenital curvature. 3 straightening surgeries
Big lump/stitch w/ left deviation after 2012 surgery
Severe ED after last one in 2014. Still crooked
Slightly improved w/ shockwave therapy
Looks like only one side of my penis works

Thanks for the contribution. I will start on traction as soon as my recent circumcision heals. I will give it quite a few good weeks just to be on a safe side.
