IPS Scar Cream?

Compounded Scar Cream | IPS Compounding

Came across this scar cream product that contains pentox, verapamil, and tranilast. Thoughts?

As far as I can see from the ingredients, it contains nothing that is capable of penetrating the dermis. In which case even if this concoction could help, if it cannot reach the plaque, it won't be of much use.

They are on the right path probably but Jon is right...unless there are other ingredients not listed which there would to be. Something has to hold it together. If it has Polysorbate 80? Or soy lecithin or something of the like to increase absorption then...who knows.
