Hello,

i want to introduce myself:
I'm 24 years old and I had a penile trauma 4 weeks ago. I was lying with an erection in the bad and a female friend of mine put her knee over my penis, so the penis bent fully on the left side for a short time.
Since then i have mild to strong pain at the beginning of my penis on the right side.
Besides my penis has a curvature of approx. 45 degree to the left side during an erection, but also without erection he is deviated to the left side.
I went to two doctors, the one said it could be peyronie's and i should take cialis 5mg and do some penis stretching, the other told me it could be a torn penile ligament, which could heal within 3 months, but i should not manipulate my penis and rest.
Now i am confused and dont know what to do.
Are there persons here, who also had a torn/stretched penile ligament with similar symptoms, who can give some advice or can anybody else help me?
I'm a bit desperated because of this unlucky situation :/

Greetings Pyro

PS: sry for my mistakes of my language, english is not my native language

You need to see a Urologist. An scan will determine if it's peyronies, or something else. Personally, I think it's unusual that you would get such a curvature so quickly if it was Peyronie's. But see a Urologust, ASAP

Pyro

Thanks for your quick response. I went to two urologists, which are both considered as specialists regarding peyronie's. But two doctors, three opinions :'D
Now i am confused, what i should do because of the two very different treatment suggestions.
I know you can't help me with this suggestions, but I described my case though.
What do you mean with scan..ultrasound or MRI..?
Ultrasound was unsuspicious.

Jonbinspain

An ultrascan would detect the presence of plaque, which would signify Peyronies. If you have peyronies, the curvature you have will be caused by this plaque. The absence of plaque, whilst not conclusive, would point to another cause of your problem.

To be clear, when you get an erection, the Tunica fills with blood and thus the penis becomes hard. If there is plaque in the tunica, that part cannot stretch or expand properly - hence the resultant curvature.

did you get any bruising or hematoma while that happened? did you loose your erection? did you have blood on your penis? did it hurt a lot? can you still have fully rigid erections? ... describe better your symptoms. And i hope that those two doctors you went to, were urologists..... competent ones... :|

Hi pyro, my opinion is, that you should try pentox. Pain is a sign oft inflamation and this can lead to scartissue. Pentox helps to promote  bloodflow, which accelerates the healingprocess and reduces the inflamation. By the way, if your uros have got old scandevices, they can not see little traces of scartissue. So in any case pentox is a good choice. Pentox is also backed up by some studies and by Dr. Porst, who works in Hamburg. Google him and you should find his site. There is another good Website, which is quite well written. Google my pyronie by birgir. Hope it helps. Greetings

Thx for your interest and suggestions. I went to another doc, a specialist for peyronie, he is sure it isn't peyronie..he thinks that in fact i have torn the right side of my penile supensory ligament..ill have to take cialis 5mg and some anti inflammatory drugs, and rest for some weeks..maybe it'll heal on its own, otherwise i need a surgery for a reconstruction of the ligament.
The deviation is a result of the torn ligament. So maybe this case helps someone who is in a similar position as me.
I didn't have a hematoma or blood in my penis, I just  have the pain on the right side and a bent penis to the left.

I don't have the scar tissue but have curvature to the left and the left side has a spot that's like  a piece was cut out of my penis. Is this Peyronies?

No way to tell just from a description. Has the curve always been present or a new development?

Hey Pyro, I have a case pretty much identical to yours but I also have other problems and I'd like to know if you are experiencing them too.

1. Penile deviation when flaccid (as you said you had too)
2. Almost constantly feel like I need to pee (you didn't mention it so I was wondering if you had it too)
3. After about 18 months, my ligament has still not healed so I was wondering how it was going for you.
