Okay I'm sorry if this isn't where I should put this, its my first time using this forum so sorry. That being said I am a 16 year old male and I am quite sure I have peyronies disease. For about a year now my penis would get the "hourglass" figure mid erection and would quickly go away. This was still a rare occurrence though. I have had no concerns or done no research until 2 days ago. 3 days ago me and my girlfriend had pretty vigorous sex session, it was awesome and I fell asleep. The next day i woke up and went to take a piss. To my concern my penis was strangely shaped and fatter towards the bottom. I felt around and directly on top on my penis was what I thought to be a swollen vein. I frantically go ogled "swollen penis vein" and found nothing like what was happening. I eventually came across peyronies and it read to be exactly what I was experiencing.  I am 95% sure this is what I have despite being 16. I'm terrified. I don't know what to do, my penis is strangely shaped and slightly bent up which I read usually gets worse. This bump on top of it is so alien to me, it makes me want to cry when I look at it. Is here any chance it will go away? My girlfriend just kind of laughed and said "ha i broke your penis!" and I just laughed and tried to forget about it. I come to this forum now because it has not improved and it will probably worsen. Is this something I should tell my parents and ultimately my doctor? Is this something I can try to ignore and it will go away? I really don't want to live like this and I'm sure my girlfriend is hoping it goes back to normal too. There is slight pain and that isn't much of a concern. Please any help or advice would be appreciated! Tell it to me straight, I want to deal with this on my own but that may not be the best option.

Scared

I moved your topic here, you will get more attention.
Regarding your symptoms, personally I don't think it is Peyronies and it may go away if you will let your penis to rest for a few days.
But as I am not a doctor and can't diagnose you in any case by the Internet, I am proposing you to see urgently a specialist.
You may go to the ER or get to an urologist.

scareddude,

It sounds like you may have the early stages.  Read all about it here so you can talk intelligently with your Dr about it.  "Wait and see" is bad advice, as it usually allows things to worsen.  Whatever you do, be cautious as you do not want to introduce "injury".

I don't think having some swelling after a vigorous sex is unusual. And having a swollen penis vein really isn't symptomatic of peyronies. So don't get too worried over anything yet. I understand you are concerned, but just keep an eye on things for now. Are there any changes in your erection (Size or shape)?

It's best to go to the E.R. in first hours after a "vigorous sex session" than ignore it, and suffer the consequences later of damaging your penis and not doing anything. Than, if they check you up and "found nothing after the proper tests" follow up with the peyronies crew... Make 100% sure you haven't fractured your penis....
