Sorry I can't help.
I made a few google searches regarding Xiaflex in Australia, come up with nothing.
I made a few google searches regarding Xiapex (the European name) in Australia, come up with nothing.
All I can find is for dupuytren contraction.
The best thing will be to ask an urologist.

If you go to that Xiafelx website https://www.xiaflex.com/ and enter through the Peyronies side (On the right) the front page has a section where you can enter a zip code to find a certified Xiaflex physician in your area. This might help you find out, Or use the "Contact us" link at the bottom of the same page and ask them directly.
