52yo accountant, developed peyronie's after an illness (endocarditis - infection of the heart from a finger prick) where I was hospitalized for six weeks on antibiotics.  During the admission I was catheterized for several days in intensive care.   After the infection was cured I went to another hospital for a mitral valve repair (another catherisation) .  Three weeks after discharge the mitral valve surgery failed (stiches fell out) and I went back for a 2nd open heart surgery (another catherisation) a mitral valve replacement. I went to an urologist who sent me to a sexual health centre, trental 400 tablets not working and the penis seems to be getting worse, more rigid.  He is talking about verpamil injection but he is consulting a hematologist as I am on a blood thinner Xarelto and we don;t want a bleed down there.

Sorry to read what you are going true.
When you are writing: "trental 400 tablets not working and the penis seems to be getting worse, more rigid." what you mean. How long you have taken Pentox?
Don't listen to your urologist regarding Verapamil injections!!!
Read the forum and you will understand why!!!
Xiaflex is an other story.
