Hi I am about to order a pump. I was advised to buy the agusta pump or the osborn pump one cylinder protocol for me. However I am thinking of buying a regular pump of good quality. A manual one.

Anyone who suggests that I should definitely buy a medical pump? Remember I want to treat deformities. I have acute pain despite pentox 3 to 4 x 400 a day and ipuprofen.

Anyone who had success in eliminating completely dents, indentations, hourglasses deformities? A few members pmed me and said they did?

Will it be permanent or it will just be an effect or it might come back as I never treated it in case I have success? Old man has advised me on Ved.

James on many other questions. I should be getting cialis in a few days and the extender should be hear.

Andros:

Please review my PMs to you before ordering your VED models.

I understand that for my type of indentation I need to follow the single cylinder protocol. I have seen the augusta vitality penis pumps but it is to expensive and the Cylinder size is restricted. I am not optimistic thought because I received mostly negative opinions. In addition I have now fully understood the extend of the disease.

I have now acute pain. I might develop plaque I might stay with car tissue because I have a deformity which was not there. I am not optimistic because everything is anecdotal and subjective.

Also in case of scar tissue or plaque I have read studies that curve reductions does not necessarily correlate with plaque reduction aka normal penis feeling. And many here say about how they have to be careful while with their partners or talk about improvements then this then that.

Well it is no like having sex should be a stressful consideration as to worsening a disease. And I guess from studying if get it then no cure. Plaques are there. The can worsen at any time.

Anyhow if a pump for peyronies deformities in my case indentation and not for ED has to be medical and that would make a difference I guess can only be answered by people here with experience.

I am thinking one I saw online called leluv woth a gauge which apparently is not necessary.

Any guidance as to the tube diameter. How wider just a bit or the same?

And why about a sleeve for the pump?

Andros,

Check out my home made VED cylinders.  I have two sizes...1 1/2" and 2" ID.  I made an insert of 1 1/2" at the end of the 2" cylinder so that it seals better at the base of my penis.

The smaller cylinder I use to encourage straightness.  The larger, just to encourage engorgement.  The "pump" is a hand vacuum brake bleeder pump from an Auto Parts bleeder kit, and has a gauge.  The rest of the parts are from Home Depot.  Well under $100 total expenditure, and I seem to be getting some good results...only a couple of months into treatment.

I saw the home Ved. I am still in acute pain it is just too much so this is not a good sign for me although the doc had found no plaque. From studying I understand that the plaque sometimes takes time to form. I am lost. I did not know that this could happen. So now it is not just the pump stretch and see if it goes back. The scar rings that I have and palpable but not peyronies per say can still be there and affect the way penis feels unless they dissolve.

And stil the disease if I form a plaque is a disease for a reason and I now understand the implications. Ed can be present. It can worse it can do a million things. It is not just something you can put behind you. It has already consumed my life. I feel very bad about the dent on my penis. it was not there 10 days ago neither the pain. The best responses I got is that hey we pump for life. Others saw improvement from xiaflex but not perfect. Others saw no improvement despite trying everything. So all that penis extender for 6 months to straighten and this and that can still leave me with no results or slight response and the plaque there. All in all the more I understand the condition the worse it gets. Essentially no one has control over it. It is really really the worst thing that has happened in my life thus far and I had much, too much.

It is definitely a big deal.  Nobody here will minimize it.  I had it crop up on the heels of getting over a life long masturbation habit, which has me wondering if stopping masturbation daily is what allowed it to happen.  My sexual relationship with my wife of 25 years has been terrible for the last few years, first due to my masturbation habit getting out of hand (pun unavoidable) and now this.  My use of traction and VED for the last couple of months has me hopeful of some sort of success this weekend when we get in the same zip code for a while...I just have to be careful not to injure myself in the process.

Just have a bit of patience as you find and try the various treatments and with a little perseverance you may find something which works for you.  If your Dr is of little help, perhaps you can find one on the list here who is more Peyronie's aware.

Every case is a little different, as every plaque/scar is a little different.  Hang in there.

I quit masturbating almost completely. The pain is still there. I can see the dent a bit more now in erect. I can also feel the scar tissue rings the uro was referring when I massage being flaccid. Also indentation deformity more visible now even when flaccid. Anyhow there is scar tissue there and it feels tight. Pain is constant 24/7. Last night I could not sleep.

On this topic, just bellow my answer you are saying:
QuotePain is constant 24/7. Last night I could not sleep.
Two very contradicting sentences.
Or you are just trying to check that people are reading all your posts?! [/b][/color]

It has been a couple of days that the pain has been reduced. It comes and goes. Of cource on pentox no contradiction. I got a manual pump and waiting for cylinder but as I understand everything is being done in blind faith. It might work it might not.

The one post was the day after I could not sleep from the pain. And the next the pain started subsiding what is it you do not understand? Am I faking pain or am I faking the indentation and palpable scar tissue or the small fortune I am spending on anecdotal treatments. I ha many scars on my body and they never changed. I doubt one on my penis will change.

Your two contradicting posts were in the same day, this is the reason I was confused.
I have also a few scars on my body and they never changed. But I never tried to change them.
On the penis, tried to change them mainly by VED, Pentox, low dose Cialis and it worked. From stone like calcified plaques I have now two soft plaques and 3 hourglasses disappeared.
