I know this subject has been looked at before, but I've been looking into it again. It seems that Astaxanthin raises testosterone levels, and is considered THE most powerful antioxidant available today.

I've now added it to my oral regime. Not as a replacement for anything, but just a straight addition. Too early to report on any benefits, but will keep you posted.

I made a search on the forum for Astaxanthin and I got 11 posts including yours.
I didn't found some encouraging things, but I wish you full success. :)

James;

I'm giving it a try. I'm more interested in its antioxidant properties than anything else. My testosterone levels are fine with all the gym work and other supplements I take.
