Penis muscles or ligaments injured (on top of Peyronies Disease)

Amor Fati

Two months ago, my penis got pressured by the safety girdle that I wore to secure someone abseiling from a climbing wall. Since then, the muscles or ligaments around the base of the erection are somewhat thickened, protruding and painful. Just above, where the girdle hit hardest, the erection is slightly tightened. Night time erections are often weak or absent (at some point, they lay horizontally to the left or right). The flaccid penis seems 'rooted' more loosely, inclines more leftward and has shrunk badly. It often becomes rigid and then pliable again at touch. My old Peyronies Disease symptoms have worsened as well, but I hope just as a side effect. Things don't seem to be healing much by themselves, the inflammatory immune reaction may even be progressively damaging the injured tissues. My urologist has no idea what to make of all this. Does anyone of you? Thanks.
