I've read a few things on it but i'm not sure the best way to do it?

Should i use heat? Should i wait a certain amount of time after the injury before using heat? What way to massage it? How would i do a "deep tissue massage" to get to the scar tissue?

I suppose the reason you are "ignored" is because your questions were answered already in details, more than ones.

All of these questions have been addressed in other threads.

If you find the onsite search function is not performing very well, a better alternative can be to use google but restrict the search to only this site using site:https://www.peyroniesforum.net/

For example:

massage site:https://www.peyroniesforum.net/   or as a link http://goo.gl/f4sm73
This is an emotionally destructive condition, we all have it, let's be nice to each other.

 You're wrong.

I'm not talking about some "penis stretching massage" in which i grab my dick and pull it away from my body.

I'm talking about literally taking a few of my fingers and doing what an actual massage therapist would do, basically. To reduce scar tissue.

Knowing that, how would i do this?

You all ASSUMED i was talking about "stretching" which i am NOT talking about.

Imagine going to the massage therapist to get rid of some scar tissue from a burn. They would do a deep tissue massage there,.

How do i do THAT but on my penis?

I was encouraged to do just that by my urologist. I just gently squeeze the plaques between my fingers and maybe roll them back and forth a bit, usually during and after pissing which I do a lot of. I catch myself standing far longer than acceptable at the urinal at work sometimes essentially playing with myself lol.

Notscared,

You might want to try using the search function. You will find multiple hits for the penis stretching exercises you are looking for. Numerous threads involve stretching, and stretching has shown to help remodel plaque. Stretching is also part of the remodeling process after Xiaflex injections. Good luck.

I think the issue, OP, is that nobody knows for sure how to treat Peyronie's.  It's not like there is an instruction manual.  And usually what works for one person doesn't work for others, and vice versa.

So I'd suggest you try it yourself for, say, 10 minutes twice a day, with heat and without, for 3-6 months... and report back.

Guys,

I have some questions regarding scar tissues in general. I developed a scar tissue after having an injection of papaverine for a Doppler test, for an ongoing ED problem I had.

Almost one year after, the scar tissue is still there and I feel it easily when me penis is erect. It feels like a trough and then a crest (lump) on the side of my penis (low at the base of the penis). There is no curvature of the penis when erect. However the main problem is that my erections have become even worst and less frequent than before and also  I feel that my penis has lost some of its elasticity especially on the side of the scar ( it feels a bit painful when erect and a bit shorter but nothing dramatic).

Is there any hope of making the scar tissue any better, one year after, and improving my erections and elasticity of my penis?
Even more is there any hope for the scar tissue to disappear completely at some point ?

I am looking forward for your recommendations and responses.

Thanks in advance!
