Ved, traction, cialis/viagra all likely negative/bad?

All of these in one mechanism or another induce/ or cause increased blood flow (STRAIN) on the penis.

Couldn't this arguably be negative? For example. I've read numerous articles stating most doctors will just prescribe cialis automatically with a peyronie's diagnosis but there is no real science behind it and in fact it could cause too hard of a penis causing more damage/more peyronies. This makes a lot of sense to me and i  swear one day i had this super hard penis after taking cialis and it wouldn't go down. After having sex and masturbating and a few days later i noticed another slight bend/dent. So.......

Any PDE 5 inhibitor should be taken in small doses when treating Peyronies. As far as I can see, increased blood flow is only good for penile health. Priapism is not, however.

As for VED and traction, used properly and safely, they should do no harm. Although I have heard of traction aggravating the plaque during the active phase, in a few cases.

If you noticed another dent, I would venture that it's either a coincidental progression of the disease, or possibly caused by the sex and masturbation.

Also, follow up thought-

Could injections and treatments that shrink scar tissue  also cause dents and shrinkage? If you get rid of scar tissue that is taking up a spot wouldn't that shrink it in that area or dent it? Would  it always do this?
