Hi, firstly I would like to thank everyone who contributes to this forum as in the past few weeks reading their posts has helped me a lot with my current situation.

I believe that I developed Peyronie's around 6 weeks ago, and I have an idea what the cause may have been but I am uncertain.

Before Peyronie's:
• 7" length
• 6" girth
• No congenital curve, my penis was as straight and smooth as it could possibly be, although it did point up about 100° all the way from the base when erect (90° being parallel to the floor), circumference was almost a perfect circle.
• No ED at all (not surprising for a 15 year old though)

After onset:

• 7" length
• 4" girth
• Penis points about 10° to the right from the base and a further 15° to the right starting about 3/4 of the way up the shaft, downward curve of 10° has also developed starting about halfway up the shaft (This is the case when I am fully erect, when semi erect the curvature is worse and I have a visible hourglass throughout my shaft)
• Penis looks as if it's been "twisted" to the right, especially visible when looking at it straight on in the mirror.
• Penis looks like a hemisphere, with the underside becoming completely flat (probably due to not filling up). This is how I lost 2 inches of girth. Penis is also much more narrow than it used to be in the flaccid state.
• Minor ED, I can now very rarely "think myself into an erection" and it takes a lot more stimulation for me to achieve a full erection, soft glans unless I am very aroused, hardly any trouble with maintaining though.
• Pain has gone down a fair bit, I had major discomfort during the first 1-2 weeks while flaccid and erect, now I only get pain when erect after ejaculation (lasting for 2 days) or if I put too much pressure on the plaque.
• Veins have become much more visible and appear thicker, possibly due to restricted bloodflow.
• Bruising around the main dorsal vein and a small white dot right on the same vein (not sure if it relates to anything)
• Mild loss of sensation
• Hard flaccid

My story:

In the summer of 2014, I was in my first serious relationship with a girl and I also became very sexually active with her during that period, this lasted from May-September. The day after what became our last sexual encounter, I found a cyst on the underside of my penis, about a 1/4 up my shaft. I knew it wasn't an STD as we only had oral that day and it was a single lump with no STD symptoms. I broke up with the girl 2 weeks after for other reasons but started speaking to a long time friend of mine soon after. We were both quite into each other but I knew that I couldn't take it far because of this cyst which knocked my sexual confidence down. In December, I decided to go see my GP and ask if it could possibly be removed, I got the answer of "'It looks fine, come back if it gets worse". It stayed the same so I went again in January and tried to put a bit more pressure on the GP to try and remove it, instead she prescribed some antibiotics which did absolutely nothing. Around the same time the girl that I was speaking to decided to call things off which put me in a borderline depression state. During one lonely night, I decided to do something very stupid by attempting to remove the cyst myself, I got a razor to make an incision and tweezers to get the thing out. It went quite well as I managed to get the cyst out but left myself with a large scar on my penis >:( Luck had it, that about 1 week later, while masturbating I felt some pain. I decided to ignore it and masturbated around 8-10 times that week even though the pain was getting worse and worse. After I decided to abstain because of the pain, I began to notice that my penis felt different and I would hardly get erections anymore, that is when I began to suspect Peyronie's. The curve appeared a few days later but hasn't made any major progress since then, pain and erectile function have also progressively improved, but they often change day-by-day.

My theory:

Because my body was depositing scar tissue to the place where I removed my cyst, I believe that my body also decided to heal my masturbation injury by putting scar tissue in place. I know it may sound stupid but it seems like my only logical explanation to this mystery.

Sex and psychological effect:

During early March (around 2 weeks after my Peyronie's symptoms began) me and the girl that I was speaking to got very close again and decided to give things another shot, maybe even get in a relationship. We have been very close emotionally since then and we both want a relationship. She is a virgin, but also very curious about sex so I doubt that it would take long before we began to "explore" that area of life. My problem is however, that not only have I got an ugly scar on my penis, but I have also began to develop Peyronie's symptoms. She has no idea about either one of the problems and I always act very sexually confident around her, so she's probably never even thought about me having any problems with my penis. Ever since getting the cyst I have been down quite a lot, but after my little operation and the onset of Peyronie's I have even been suicidal on some days, I just can't process how this is happening to me at such a young age and I am not used to dealing with problems like these at all :-\ . I went to see my GP who referred me to a urologist, but I may be waiting for another few months as it is on the NHS, and even then I may get the "wait and see" answer.

I'm sorry if I have dragged on too much, but I felt as if I needed to open up to someone and get the opinion of people who have experienced this. I know that many people have it much worse than me with this disease, but this has made me fear the future and I can not get my mind off it.

I would like to ask a few things too:

1) When and how should I tell my partner that I have Peyronie's? We both like each other a lot, but I obviously fear rejection and I am not sure how she will react.

2) With my current situation and with my young age, what treatment should I be seeking? Am I too young for pentox?

3) Is there anyway I could stop the progression before I see the urologist and try to get medication?

4) Should I abstain from masturbation and possibly sex or should I not worry? (At the moment I only masturbate if I can not feel pain, I stop as soon as any pain is present)

Thank you so much for any responses, this is the most difficult thing I have come across in my short life, but I am willing to fight it in whichever way I can.

In my opinion, the reason you are not getting responses to your post even it is very detailed as shows maturity for your age is that
people are reluctant (naturally) to give advises to a person in your age.
What I can propose you is to talk about the subject with your parents and get to a Peyronies specialist.

I guess that's understandable, thank you for the advice anyway :)

Yes, you should pluck up the courage to inform your parents. I don't know their financial situation, but maybe they can help you get to see a competent urologist far sooner?  This is what you need.

IF you have Peyronies, you really want to start treating it ASAP.

I'm afraid the only answer is the answer you already know. You need to see a doctor to confirm it is Peyronie's first because the trauma by which it started is not typical, and you could have caused yourself injury that is causing these symptoms by some method other than Peyronie's.

Once Peyronie's is confirmed, read this - Peyronies Survival Guide - Information for New Members - Peyronies Society Forums
This is an emotionally destructive condition, we all have it, let's be nice to each other.
