Hello im jhony (venezuelan) but living in Portugal these last 19 years... in Madeira island.
well ist very difficult to get started...history.. . I will try my best,since im not struggling only with peyronie.
So i dont know yet the main cause of my ED but i do recognize im suffering from a little of psychological ED too. ( i guess almost every man in this planet.. if he suffers some physical condition that helps you to develop the ED,well for shure he will suffer some psyhological struggle.) im 27 by the way.
I will tell from NOW i dont have any strong knowladge with peyronie jut only few things that i read online.

-I always had a small curvature to the left ( since i can remember).
-My penis used to be very full and long,for me worked ever ince very very well I never bothered with that and used to be very confident.
-my libido was very high.
-I used to make my erections happen easily,or they would come just dont knowing why,even being at the bar with my girl i would feel that sensation on my penis.. .


Well now in the summer i suffered one spinal injury after paying a gig (drummer here) one month and a half more or less... with all the suffering playing and medication etc... the docs solved that i needed to make a MRI because i  was suffering from pain in my rigth leg and low back pain aleluia when it came back the diagnosis was T11-T12 little herniation not compressing anything and no signs of dehydration.
L4-L5 disc herniation with extruded fragment compressing the L4 root and little signs of dehydration. Then i went to some medications.. physiotherapy. but before that all i noticed that my morning wood was not coming and even i wake up (insomnia) i never saw any some work down here. i never worried. Weel after all that struggle with the herniations. One day the ED episode knocked at my door. And i will discribe some symptoms i was passing at the time but never bothered me.
-palpitations
-cold hands and feet
-lack of breath
All this even dont knowing why.and i all day calm.
My girl was touching me and nothing.the erection was like 30% since that day i was not feeling very weel that sensation around the penis. We let it go, we thought to take a rest.. it was kind of some residual ED maybe some meds caused it.. .
Then when the episodes was coming time to time.. but like 3 days after the ED episode i noticed some redness but it was very slight and a little hot sensation at the area of the penis and very thin vein more pronounced than the usual dorsal veins i let it like that i never touched it. went to 2 uros to run some test and talk about the ED they even cared about.. talked with other docs runned blood test then whent to meet other uro that sent me to more and more blood work. If needed i will open one thread with them.
I discovered that my test was lower than what it used to be months and months after.
The free one was the concern. He sent me to a clinic to make my color eco doppler. When it came back.. in the report was: we found 2 hyperechoic plaques in the tunica albuginea with 2Lx2T mm and 5lx4T mm at the ventral penile area and at left side of the midline. My uro talked about the blood work talked about other things sent a prostate exam.. but till now HE NEVER TALKED ABOUT THE DAMN PEYRONIE. And until now i never masturbated or i just had sex (3 times) with  help of some cialis other times levitra. But its hard to feel that well being round my penis.. . but in these days not masturbaing not touching and not having sex. I started to feel more and more down.
- never felt any Plaque.
-loosing my mind ( i know i have to relax to make it all easy)
- loosing my girth specialy and some length
- if i can have one erection the curve is little upwards (confused)
-lack of sensation flacid and erect
-smaller testicles and some times contracted as the penis passes through this.

First, not connected to Peyronies or ED and even you are just 27 I am proposing you to see a cardiologist because:

-palpitations
-cold hands and feet
-lack of breath
All this even dont knowing why.and i all day calm.

Regarding your symptoms, it sounds to me a pure case of Peyronies, but I am not a doctor. I understand also that you can't expect finding a Peyronies specialist in Madeira, I can't find one in an island with 4 million locals and 1.5 million tourists a year.
In my opinion, you should start treatment as soon as you can. The best chance to stop the progression and even reverse the symptoms is early treatment.
I am proposing you to start:
VED - carefully not to over-pump, according to the protocol on our website.
Pentox 3*400 mg daily
Low dose daily Cialis, 5 mg, you can cut the 20 mg in 4 to reduce the price.
CoQ10 - 200 mg daily.
Try to use 10 or 20 mg Cialis for intercourse. For me, 50 mg Viagra helps for intercourse.
I know is a lot to read, but you must educate yourself regarding the treatment above and to convince your urologist to prescribe you the medication. If not, you will find on the forum information how to buy them in Spain to pay less as possible.
I hope some of our members that are located in Portugal and Spain will chime in with they advice.

Thans a loootttt mate. one doc sent asked me for one Ecg and one 24 hours hotler.. he found some minimal invertions on the T waves he claimed its normal in young people some times.. and in my case it was very soft ones. But i have to go to the bottom of this. Im 27 years old 1,77 m tall and 72 kg.
Here in this island we only have 5 uros and 3 of them andrologists. Its difficult.
One question, is it safe to bathmate and traction ?
I could buy here the dayli 5 mg cialis for 80€ i guess.
Shoul i see some girth gain even with peyronie? Like reverse a little bit.

Personally, never used Bathmate. I am for the more conventional VED.
Regarding safe or not, in my opinion both traction and VED are safe if used carefully.
Old Man is the guru of VED on this forum, write him a PM.
How many 5 mg Cialis pills you will get for 80€?
Did you checkout Pentox price and availability? Usually need a doctor prescription.

I dont remember very well.. but i guess its 30 pills of 5 mg.
I will talk to the sexologist in a few hours then tomorrow with the uro.. and will ask for pentox.
i will try traction and any kind of ved.. if i need some good one i will talk here with you guys :-) .
And i will try to see some cardiologist to find a clue about the first symptoms.
sorry about all qestions,but i was left here without knowing what really to do. I dont want to get things worse because im really sufering psychologic fatigue.. i started to see doctors in october for my ED and i was very specific about the symptoms and as i like very much of medicine and worked with docs and nurses etc (in 2009)  i have some knowladge and some times i was asking questions but some of them was like............ in silence.
Since then i started to feel empty , i guess its normal.

Don't be sorry jmds, we are all in the same boat
Pentox is safe to take with Cialis. Using them together shows better results for Peyronies. The start problem with Pentox is stomach problem for some people (me for example).
Started one per day increased gradually to three.

Ok man.. thats very important. As we know normaly almos of all the pde5 inhibitors tend to cause sometimes stomach problems.  Thats very important , a proper diggestion is top gold for us   since we gonna  need it to diggest tons of supplements every day.
Our diggestive system is a "second brain"  in my poin of view.
well i went to the sexologist which is a woman and she was very careful and kind.
She want to see me soon to try to solve the ED which she only see as 10% psychogenic in my case. And try to go to the bottom. And she talked about my test is in the half range but she talked that the free test is almost in the low range. And she found that strange and will investigate more about my respiratory system and cardiovascular too. And told me to see the uro.. but if the uro refuses for any help at least with the peyronie.. i should go away and try to solve the things with her help. She has a friend of her(doctor) with 43 years old that had peyronies disease for 3 years.
And of course i told her about the forum guys( i guess its not a problem james1947) she just smiled and told me thats a nice front step   . I found it encouraging. She wants me to see one endo too    .  And of course the neurosurgeon too.. as i described i injuried my back last summer. I will not only need the docs.. i will need the help from the forum. Now im going to see the guys from one old gospel band that i have played for 2 years. and try to seek hope on God too. I never whas very catolic.. since now. I just want be a normal 27 years old guy. And if he at least help me to sleep well. Im fighting that too. im going to put hope on him.thanks again James1947.
