i'm assuming something like-

1.coq10
2. l-arginine/carnitine?(does it matter which/ is one more likely to be more beneficial?)
3.possibly vitamin e?

Arginine is nothing like ALCAR are very different of course. Citrulline is better than Arginine so no reason to take both Citrulline and Arginine.

Anything that increases nitric oxide in the penis is good as well, that's why I take grape seed extract as well. Anything that's good for your veins/arteries is important, vitamin D and K would be wise as well.

So it seems like this citrulline is "Better" does that mean arginine isn't going to help at all or could it still be beneficial then..?

In terms of boosting blood flow to that area I always found acetyl L-Carnitine to be much better than Arginine.  I don't know if that translates into being better for peyronies, but it seems to work better on me.

Have any of you guys tried UPSLabs PowerFULL?  It's a supplemental testosterone booster (and it supposedly increases small amounts of HGH production), but it also increases bloodflow to the penis.  First few times I tried it, felt like I took a Cialis before bed.

I just did some quick research on... Name deleted by moderator - James. If interested, send a PM to the author. from a few sites that sell it.   I read 30+ reviews and the most common effect by far is that it helps with sleep.  People say they sleep 5-6 hours and they feel very well rested and have vivid dreams.

It is sold as a work out recovery supplement and helps with growth hormone.   When you get into REM sleep (the time when you have vivid dreams) you also produce growth hormone.

This all makes sense.  Your body does it's best healing and detoxification when you have deep sleep.   I saw a few comments about a boost in libido but only a couple.

It has the following ingredients:

VELVET BEAN (BEAN) EXTRACT, CHLOROPHYTUM BORIVILIANUM (ROOT) EXTRACT

Other Ingredients:

Gelatin, Corn Starch, Magnesium Stearate, Blue 1, Titanium Dioxide Color.
