Hi everyone, My name is Steve, just turned 25 years old and I'm in the UK.
May as well get straight too it (excuse the pun) pain started around 4-5 days ago, mainly on the left side of my little fella, even when flaccid. When erect it hurts like hell if I push it down slightly, around the pubic part of the penis. I may be convincing myself that this is the only result of my self diagnosis, but I thought I would share my symptoms and hopefully get some thoughts from you guys. I haven't seen a doctor yet, and it could be nothing, but there is a constant aching pain (also slightly noticeable in anus)
I thought it could be related to a pretty decent snowboarding crash I had the same day the symptoms started, I fell on my lower back. Apparently any spinal bruising can cause pressure on the nerves that are connected to that whole area... But as I said its been 4-5 days now and my back is fine.
As a 25 year old I'm absolutely terrified, I have a girlfriend of 7 years who I have discussed it with and she is as worried as I am. Hope someone can give me any clue as to what I should be looking out for in the next couple of days/weeks... obviously I will go and see my doctor if things don't become more comfortable over the next week.

Cheers guys.

Normally the pain is worse upon getting an erection as the tunica tries to stretch.

I would suggest that you get yourself to a doctor ASAP. Ask for a referral to a Urologist if there are any doubts whatsoever.

Unfortunately, it's very hard for any of us to make an accurate diagnosis, and it would be foolish to do so. In the event that it is Peyronies ( but it may well not be )  it needs treating quickly. The earlier you start dealing with it the better the chances of minimising the damage.

I will second Jonbinspain. You need to see a doctor immediately!!!
Don't wait. Hopefully is not Peyronies, can be related to your back, but you need a diagnosis and treatment as soon as you can.
