Kuehhas said procedure went perfect..Thanks.. penis very tight in bandage.. and burning sensations.. got a mass amount of tablets.. took 3 anti erections tablets yesterday...  i still felt a boner coming on i thiught oh no.. i quickly went for a piss and it killed it.  Gonna see him in a few hours

Had my frenulum removed, i was kinda depressed about this but Dr kuehhas said its fine, also i think makes penis slighly bigger.. i was kinda down cuz frenulum does provide alot sensations/pleasure.. but Kuehhas now because of no frenulum, the corona i believe is exposed behind the frenulum so i get pleasure there still got my foreskin which im happy with ill able to retract more...  its ive read alot on the net about how frenulum is the f zone g spot for men... but i also think the frenukum delta below the frenum gives alot of pleasure too.. and maybe the bango sends sensations there and to glands.. my frenulum delta is intact.. right now come back home gotta daily pics to r Kuehhas of my penis...  anbody here had there frenulum removed?? Better retraction of foreskin? Better pleasure on corona, frenulum delta??  In a bandage cant believe i got penile surgery in a daze lol

Congrats on the surgery! Glad to hear the doctor thought it went well too. That's always a great sign.

I can understand your concerns about the frenulum. When I had surgery I was very keen on keeping all of the foreskin structures intact. Obviously everyone is different, but I'd say if you only lost your frenulum then you shouldn't sweat it. That's such a small part to have been removed, I doubt you'd even notice. At this point, enjoy the fact that the worst is over and just focus now on recovering to the best extent you can. I think once you heal up, then you can experiment and see how things feel. I would bet if you manage to heal up well you will be very pleased with the results. You are going to have benefits and drawbacks, but as a whole it should be a net positive, so I wouldn't stress on the little things.

Its a great feeling though. I remember the first few days being quite euphoric. Maybe that's the pain killers, or just nostalgia, but even now I am still adjusting to the idea of having everything finally fixed. - The pain is a bit old now though.

Yeah true.. Now that i think about when i stimulated my frenulum it was good but not as good as the sensation behind it in the corona... my frenulum was abnormally short.. very short... so in a way its a positive in the respect, that part of the corona is exposed which feels good.  Im glad foreskin is there...

Day 2 - Penis still swollen.. still taking medication.. nervous times..

6 days... swelling has gone down significantly...  I also like to put to rest that you can keep your foreskin with the STAGE procedure, but as long as you can retract it back.. mine still remains

The reason i mention this is that on other topics there seems to be some debate as to whether you can keep your foreskin, well ive had the surgery and im looking at my foreskin now lol.. as long as you can retract it back ie not phimosis, then it shouldnt be a problem..

8 days post op.. having some nocturnal blood in penis.. night time erections.... anti erections drugs doing the job in terms of preventing full intense erections.. foreskin still a bit swelled up, the base seems to be swollen too.. hopefully next week be better..

Also got some pain with the sutures which is normal... thats what Dr Kuehhas said.. feels really tight..

Day 10 taken off bandage.. I've been instructed to only wear it at night for 3 more weeks..  penile psyiotherapy next week starts.. penis is still swollen a bit on the left hand side, taking ibuprofen to speed up healing..

I personally found the worse pain last sunday and this monday, due to swelling at the base, just took pain killers..  For me Ibuprofen has really helped with the swelling.  The pain for those days I just sat down, literally put my feet up it helped alot.  Still got mild pain but its okay.

Sorry, off topic question.
What is the dosage of Ibuprofen you are taking?
I have constant very strong pain in my upper leg for a few months already, Paracetamol and other pain killers, even Morphium have temporary attenuation but the pain is always there.

Im taking 400mg three times a day.  I dont think one should take it constantly for weeks/months on end.  For me because it is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs ( NSAIDS) it therefore helps with the swelling, thats all.

Day 12 alot of swelling as gone down, however im concerned about some swelling on the left hand side of the penis, it's seems like its dead blood trapped on the left hand side. Going to give it a few more days to see if it resolves.

Day 13 ... Got a hematoma on the penis.. Did anybody else get this, and how long does it take to go away?

Yeah its just on the left hand side, ive started penile pysio. As for hematoma, Dr Kuehhas said the body will reabsorb the blood over time, so i just have to wait, it does not hurt.  When i touch anything on the penis i can feel everything, some people get hematoma just gotta wait and let it absorb/drain naturally so thats what im going to do.

Sounds normal. Dont worry. I Had the a stage procedure as well. Dr Kuehhas told me that he expects Some Minor hematoma after the procedure. It Took Some Days until it was fine.
Do you experience Any erections already?

Yeah i am experiencing erections at night, i try not to get ones in the day, im still on anti erection meds.  Which i finish this time next week.  Wearing the bandage at night for another three weeks as instructed.  I go to the toilet and pee as soon as i feel a nocturnal erection coming on.. how were u at this stage, 2 weeks post op??  U fully straight now and happy?

ohh yeah i remember the anti erection meds. they lowered my testosterone levels...
well at week 2 i couldn't say much. i had nocturnal erections, but weak ones. they were
a little bit painful. but the pain got better day by day. i m fully STRAIGHT, my operation was
done over 2 years ago.
and guess what...
i m VERY HAPPY;)
it truly changed my life. you ll see, you ll have the same experience.

I was just about to post lol.. Hematoma has gone down amazingly, just a slight pea size left to go down, should go down fully this week or next.. Going to Dr Kuehhas on Sunday this week, for a check up, my  erections are straight, but its seems smaller like 1.5 to 2 inches but this is temporary, due to retraction, because of long inactivity of penis ie supressing nocturnal erections with drugs.. penile physiotherapy is needed to reverse this for 3 months, part of recovery.. Going to talk about traction device ie phallson forte to speed up recovery in respect to retraction.. but i can feel everything on the penis..

Probably kuehhas will tell you soon..cialis 5 before sleeping is amazing to break retraction up. Very happy with the outcome. Kuehhas is a top.

I dont know about cialis.. he just said this is normal as im still in the early stages of recovery, actually today marks 1 month post op (14th March).  I mean just doing what he told in respect to exercises, ill know more this sunday.. But yes he is a good doctor...

Don't worry, I know it's annoying but it's worth it. Respect what he says, of course. Exercises and traction devices are really working, you will come back to the original length and even more If you want.

don't worry Cc111070, Jack 11909 is right traction will help you to speed up the elasticity of your penis.
cialis seems to be a good idea. ask kuehhas if that s viable option. i didn't take it, but i think if cialis
increases the pressure inside your penis because of a higher blood flow it might help you as well.

Update.  Went to see Dr. Kuehhas yesterday, everything fine.  Just got expected retraction of penis, i wasnt doing the exercises properly.. He showed me how to do it, i thought he was going to rip it off  jeeezz lol.. no but this is the way it needs to be done hard.. so im trying to do that in conjunction with that ive just ordered the phallson forte.  Im just going to probably wear it until the next time I see Dr Kuehhas which is in 3 months time, this will help break up the retraction, if i make gains then thats a bonus but im not going to get obsessed about it, tbh i just want the whole treatment to be over so i can get myself a new girlfriend and just start a new life.. peace.

Yeah you have to stretch it as much as you can. Using rubber gloves like those doctors use make it a lot easier.
