I started the normal over the counter items prior to meeting with a new urologist.  Most of the recommended items, at my first visit I got a Pentox script and began the regimen.  The next visit with another doc in the office I hit pay dirt.  He is aware of dr Levine, and also got me cialis encouraged me with my VED therapy (actually recommended morning and evening sessions) the thinking is the drugs soften the plaque and the vac helps break it up or allow blood flow through it.

I am already seeing results and this has only been 2 weeks on the prescription drugs.  I guess my point is it feels soooo good to be seeing some actual progress that I actually have enthusiasm about continuing my regimen.

My urologist who first diagnosed me basically said nothing we can do, it usually goes away in about 12-18 months so suck it up kid.  The new team I am blessed with is just plain awesome.

The new urologist said that a referral to Levine is possible as we are a little over an hour from Chicago, but I am not sure I want to go for injections if the oral and vac therapy is working for now.

I have an hour glass presentation at the base of the shaft which had been moving from the base down towards the tip.  Very distressing when things got worse not better after about 10 months after diagnosis.  As others have said, my partner didn't really see much of a difference, and was satisfied but it really messed with my mind.  So, obviously my case is unique, but hang in there, good things can happen if you get the right team working together.  The stuff that is being presented here works, sometimes quickly but mostly steadily.  Try different things until you have the combination which works for you.

Very happy to hear it, what are you taking besides Cialis and Pentox?
I also find the oral treatments effective and the science behind them very sound. Keep it up!

I strongly suggest to add either Citrulline or Ubiquinol (depending on your age) to your regiment. Pentox is not for me as I believe the side effects are too damn strong to deal with. Although I MAY eventually try it again but at a VERY gradual pace vs jumping right to 400mg 3x per day.

Since starting Citrulline a few days ago, I'm already noticing beneficial changes in erection quality (crazy morning wood!). Perhaps look in Coq10 as well, although I haven't really noticed any changes since I began taking that too. I'm just taking 200mg per day of the Coq10. I also purchased some Acetyl L-Carnitine but am going to wait a few weeks before starting this supplement. Oh yeah, I've been on once daily 5mg Cialis but the Citrulline seems to almost be working better. I won't stop the Cialis though because the side effects are non-existent. And that's about it...

If you are a little over an hour from Chicago, I would strongly suggest going to see Dr Levine. He's the man when it comes to treating Peyronies Disease! I'm about 30-40 mins from him so that is a blessing in itself:)

Head Up means he recommends Citrulline, and CoQ10 or Ubiqunol if over 40. I agree with his advice! Is helpful for me too, though CoQ10 is not something you can really notice as he says. Still, the study on CoQ10 was good so I'm not sure if it's worth passing up.

The things I started with before the doc scripts were l-arginine and coq10.  Plus vitamin e thrown in for good measure.  I have been using those for about 2 months now.  Those are the recommended supplements from the look here post and were available over the counter and relatively inexpensive as starts.
