I haven't seen a true Peyronies specialist yet.  I'm 21 and thought I may have Peyronies for about a year. I saw a urologist at kaiser who said he couldn't feel any plaque and didn't know what to tell me, even with the symptoms I described to him, pretty much just because it didn't look "that bad." Now my penis is really starting to hourglass, I'm getting scared. I'm going to talk to my dad when I get back from school in a couple weeks to see what I should do financially to go see Dr Gelbard in Burbank. Anyways, sorry for rambling, would it help me or hurt me to get frequent erections in the meantime or leave it flaccid? I think I got this problem from masturbating too long and with a poor technique. I obviously don't do that anymore, but would 10 min, 20 min erections a few times a day be beneficial? Thanks for your help

It will be good to be diagnosed by a Peyronies specialist, Dr. Gelbard is one of them.
We have also a negative post about him regarding a Nesbit surgery.
Regarding erections, they are healthy and beneficial as they induce blood flow into the penis in my opinion.

I thought Dr Gelabard and Lue(?) were the consensus top Peyronies doctors in California? Is there someone else who is thought of better in Southern California?

My urologist said hard and frequent erections were beneficial.   He prescribed Cialis, I also had ED issues.   When I got home after he told me that informed my wife she had an assignment.  ;D

My choice will be Dr. Lue. He is one of the few bests available for this disease.

Gelbard is known as pretty good though right? Lue is about an 8 hour drive compared to Gelbard being 1.

Yes, 8 hour drive is much more than one.
And you are right, except one report of not so successful Nebit surgery, the information about Dr. Gelbard is OK.
