Judyrosella;

It's difficult to know where to start!  Has your husband been to a urologist?  If not, he should see one ASAP.

I think much depends on how engaged you can make him in trying to better his condition and get him sexually active again. Low testosterone will inevitably lower his interest in sex, but he can get that boosted easily enough. Either through various freely available OTC boosters or, if necessary,by shots.

As to achieving an erection, there are various drugs available to help with that, such as Viagra ( sildenafil ) Cialis (Tadalafil )  etc.

Re the Peyronies. You, or he can read of all the various treatments that are deemed to be the most effective here on the site. These include, Pentox, ALC, Ubiquinol, low dose Cialis, etc. For any curvature, traction and/or VED therapy. However, I would strongly suggest that he sees a  urologist who is a Peyronies specialist first

Sorry to read your story. You are completely right regarding your want sex.
As Jonbinspain wrote, read on the forum what other had made to overcome this disease.
You may want to start here:
Peyronies Survival Guide - Information for New Members - Peyronies Society Forums
A good starting point for treatment will be VED, Pentox, low dose Cialis. As Jonbinspain mentioned, have many possible treatments for ED also.
Your husband need to see a Peyronies specialist as soon as he can. You may find one here:

You may also want to get access to the ladies only room, write a PM to Christine and/or LWillisjr

Judyrosella,

I granted you access to the "Ladies Room" on the forum (for women only).

It seems your husband is dealing with several issues. Many men have found that Pentox helps with the pain. And often the pain is during the acute phase and then goes away. Also the ability for intercourse is depending on the amount of curvature he has. But if now he is not able to get an erection..... you need to look into using a Vacuum Erection Device with a constriction ring. Also as a last resort an implant can be an option. It is good you two are discussing this now, and it will take a lot of support and dedication for both of you to work through this.

It sounds like you two need to communicate more about to what extent his condition is affecting things.  Will he not give you oral because he is still having pain on arousal?  Or is it something else?  Would you be satisfied with oral sex and other types of intimacy or would only vaginal intercourse with an erect penis be acceptable to you?  Is erectile dysfunction the only thing stopping you from having sex or is it penile curvature or pain too?

Hopefully he is willing to be honest about his condition with you.  There are certainly a number of possibilities for treatment that may help but what to pursue really depends on his particular problems.  He needs to take your needs seriously and you also have to take his limitations seriously.  Hopefully you can work together to improve the situation.

My husband has an aversion to oral sex. So....that kind of limits our options.
