Here a guy from Europe, the Netherlands to be precise.  :)

So I was diagnosed with Peyronie about 7 years ago and got my first Nesbitt operation 6 years ago. The curve was about 80 degrees so it made sex impossible. After the operation everything went fine (besides a loss of 1-2 cm I guess) but after two years the curve started coming back.

The specialist who helped me the first time again gave me another Nesbitt operation. Again everything went well for two to two-and-a-half years but again the curve came back. First little, then bigger and bigger until it was again impossible to have sex.

Next Monday I have a meeting with a specialist who happens to be THE specialist in my country.

Why? First of all because my first specialist retired. I then was send to another specialist and he told me we could do another Nesbitt treatment. I told him that was going to be the 3rd operation in 6 years and I was not really looking forward on lying in a hospital every two to three years. Ofcourse also the idea that you cannot use him for say 6 weeks to up to 2 months after surgery everytime is something I am not really looking forward to.

Now my question was if there are people here with some good results from Xiaflex injections and if there are perhaps people who have not done Nesbitt but had the plaque simply removed.

That way I know what to ask for and discuss next Monday.

Thanks in advance.   :)

My curve was 70 degrees and yes I had the plaque removed. You can click on the 'my history' link below for more details on my condition.

Many men have also had very good results with the Xiaflex Injections and there is a wealth of information here on that subject. I am between rounds 2 and 3 and have experienced minimal improvement to this point but most reports here have been very positive.

Good luck!
