Does the hourglass effect occur during an erection or while flaccid?

Caesar

Hi,

As far as I know (and experience) the hourglass effect can be appreciated only with the erect penis. The plaque prevents the penis to expand properly so a smaller girth is appreciated in that point.

Regards.

Hey Guys:

Hourglass effect can in some instances be seen and/or felt in the flaccid state. I have worked with several guys on and off the forum who were able to feel and see the indentations. They are not quite as pronounced flaccid as they are erect so might take a few tries to determine if it can be felt/seen or not.

Try feeling in the area of the flaccid shaft where the effect appears erect. You might find that it can be felt as a softer/spongy spot alongside the Tunica. In my personal case, I could detect the effect both flaccid and erect.
