Xiaflex and hourglass ing

I started out with a small lump at the base of my penis which I had for a few months.  Having several forms of cancer I freaked out and went to my urologist who diagnosed "Peyronies bump".  After being told to ingest 400units of vitamin e a day with no luck, it bloomed into a knot from the base to the head almost overnight. I went to a new urologist who was more willing to deal with the issue.  He said it's the largest he had ever seen ( great right ?) and we got started on dialed.  Thank god for my insurance.  

Have gone through 2 cycles now, I now have 2 distinct lumps instead of one long one.  One at the base and one small one near the head off to the right.  I still have a chord running up the center.  The curve is slightly reduced and the is no more pain with erections.  

My main focus now I'd the hourglass ing damage the allows my penis to fold.  It seems where I had lumps that were dissolved by the xiaflex that I now have indented areas that weak.  I need a break here. ( not literally )

I have been reading positive things about the use of PRP and it's regenerative capabilities.  My current dr is not a fan and I wanted to see if anyone knew a urologist between Miami to Orlando who is a fan that I could speak with or if anyone had any other ideas.

My wife has been so understanding and supportive.  I can't believe how lucky I am.  

By the way. Thank you for putting this forum up for use to use.  I didn't get this depressed when I was re diagnosed with cancer.  Knowing I am not alone is such a comfort.

Xiaflex treatment is usually 4 sessions of two injections, I am proposing you to wait and see the final results and don't go to PRP before that.
Our experience with PRP is based on the members report. Some members had very good results, some no any improvements from PRP, like me for example:

Thank you James.  I'll try it. How did you go about selecting a device ? Or were you given one by a dr to use ?  Do you have a set routine? I usually have ten questions to ask once you have answered one so please bear with me.
