Greetings,
I have been diagnosed with Peyronies Disease since last April.  My deformity is not too bad. What is bad is severe progressing ED.  My penis feels dead and diseased.  Erections have been fading for about a year and a half, to the point that I can now no longer achieve a full erection.  I had an US done by a top notch peyronies MD.  He said my circulation is good.  I cannot understand then why I'm having so much problems getting an erection.  I don't think the ED is psychological, at least not fully.  I have been approved to start Xiaflex in a few weeks.  While I feel lucky to be getting the therapy, I'm hoping the shots will help with the ED.  It seems there are many different opinions about this.  In my opinion, my ED is a physical result of the Peyronies, as they seemed to be happening concurrently.  Does anyone out there have any experience with improvement of ED following Xiaflex?  I am a single 56 year old gay man.  I am still in good shape and handsome.  I want to get back out there, but don't think it would be possible if I have to eventually use injections to get an erection.  Not afraid of implants, but am hoping the ED can be resolved with the Xiaflex and maybe Viagra.  Any words of encouragement would be helpful.

In many cases ED and Peyronies are going together.
Xiaflex may help with the ED because it is reducing/softening/melting the plaques and as a result the blood circulation needed to an erection is restored.
Did you try Viagra or Cialis or other pills to achieve an erection?
Don't forget that while taking all those medications need also physical touch to get an erection.

Thank you James.  That's good news to hear.  My MD did prescribe Viagra 100 mg for sex, but my penis feels so dead and constricted when flaccid, I can't get it to fill with blood any more when stimulating myself.  I only dribble out semen before I can achieve a full erection.  This has been getting worse progressively since the peyronies symptoms started.  Have been doing VED as well, even though my MD only prescribed traction.  Do you think light VED would be helpful in boosting the Xiaflex effect on clearing up blood flow during the times he has me on traction throughout the cycles?  My specialist is a high profile, and somewhat abrupt MD in NYC.  I think he really knows his stuff, but I just don't believe my erectile problems are solely psychological, as he states.

I can't say if VED will help during Xiaflex treatment. I know that traction and/or manual stretching is used.
I am using daily VED as treatment for my Peyronies and ED.
