surgery induced peyronies?

Following on from my introduction post. I'm in my 20's
I had surgery to remove a tumour from my bladder. This surgery involves large instruments being inserted into my urethra.
Surgery was 2 weeks ago. Since then my penis is always a little bigger and thicker (bonus!)
It always feels harder when flaccid.
Most importantly, it hurts like hell to get an erection.
As of yesterday, the best I'd managed was about a 70% erection before the pain got too much to bare and I had to abandon ship.
This evening, I was able to hit about 80%, albeit in excruciating pain, but maybe it's slowly getting better(?)
I appear to have developed a VERY SLIGHT downward curve which is the thing which initially made me suspect trauma induced peyronies.

I had an appointment with my urologist yesterday. He was surprised at my erection pain, so I guess it's unusual after my operation.
Couldn't really help me and said to wait it out for now, with the expectation that it's either referred pain from the nerves in my bladder, or maybe some mild urethral damage. He didn't seem overly concerned, but then it's not his pecker!!

I'm just taking vitamin E at the moment.
Traction therapy has been recommended to me by one member here. They look to be expensive pieces of kit, though!
I also want to try Pentoxifylline, but from researching, I have about 0% chance of getting that prescribed here in the UK, so I'd need to possibly risk buying it online for an over-the-odds price (and potentially getting sent fakes) unless I can find another way.

You are two weeks after surgery, I don't think it is a good idea to use traction or VED before completely recovering.

Age 71, Peyronies from Jan 2009 following penis fracture during sex. Severe ED.
Lost 2" length and a lot of girth. Late start, still VED, Cialis & Pentox helped. Prostate surgery 2014.

I know where you're coming from James, and I do intend to just wait it out at least for another week or so.

However, despite the intrusive surgery, theoretically I should not be having this pain which is why I am thinking about treating it as peyronies which I gather is best treated early. Like I said, my surgeon was surprised, as if he'd not heard of this as a side effect of that particular surgery, and from doing lots of googling, I also can't find anyone who's written about having the same erection pain post surgery.

I appreciate the concern though, and at least for now, I am with you.

I feel like there must be members here who had worsening after surgery through their urethra..
Hopefully someone can chime in.

Actually I stretch my penis manually and have never used a device in all these years. I don't mention it because studies only exist on traction with a device.
