Does VED stretch the foreskin?

I've been reading that VED stretches the foreskin, an undesirable effect.  Can I get more details about this as this makes me reconsider whether I want to use VED?

I've never heard anything about this nor have I noticed it at all. How would that work I wonder? It can however bring lymph fluid into your foreskin and penis in general and that's why I can't use it. You'll be able to notice if this happens so it's still worth trying, just be very careful. Personally I recommend traction rather than VED.

I don't see how it would stretch foreskin anymore than having a natural erection would stretch the foreskin.
