I first injured my penis masturbating about 3.5 years ago where the head and shaft meet on the right/side. I could see some inflammation but I didn't realize anything was wrong until the injury seemed to calcify and create a fibrous mass under the skin. I went to a urologist who prescribed some supps including ALCAR, CoQ10, and PABA. After a few months I stopped taking the supps and I just worked around the issue by not being as aggressive with tugging and avoiding rougher sex.  I could see that the mass would become less inflamed and more inflamed depending on these factors. Recently I had become more careless and started to tug/have rough sex far too often and this has backfired and the scar tissue has grown with a visible ball bearing sized lump and underneath that there is a larger flat and rough mass which i assume is a plaque (not sure). For as long as I can remember I have had a curved penis but the Peyronies Disease seems to be making things worse along with some shortening. I want to be consistent from now on with treating this issue.

I plan on seeing my GP. Do you think he would prescribe me Pentox/ Cialis, I can see him dismissing this as a paranoid person self diagnosing themselves through the internet. Has anyone had luck with this, are there any good things to say/reference to help convince your doctor.

My plan for treating Peyronies Disease so far is to start taking the following supplements
CoQ10
Arginine
ALCAR
D3 & k2

1. Do you know what your congenital curve in degrees is?

2. Do you think Peyronies is adding making the curve worse, or has added the inflamed mass you describe?

3. Are you experiencing any pain?

4. Do you have any issues achieving an erection?

I would have thought your urologist would have been more likely to prescribe Pentox than your GP but is worth a try. There is a study in the 'Library' on the forum that you might want to print out and take with you.

Hey Topping, bring these Pentox studies with you in this link to your GP, but it would be better if you saw a specialist. GPs may not help you even with the studies. Mention Tom Lue or other specialists who prescribe Pentox.

Sorry to hear about your scarring and initial injury. Mine started at 23/24 and things started to change pretty rapidly, like you I had a natural curve which got worse with the Peyronie's.

It sounds like you'll be taking the right supplements and drugs and that should help, I would like to encourage you to try traction and VED. Be careful with both. I consider traction to have nearly cured me of my Peyronie's.

Another thing is that I just have to say, since you have had an injury, as you know now, you really have to be careful for many years to come. Masturbation has to be altered and so does frequency, at least for now.

Improvement of Peyronie's takes months and years of keeping your penis in a positive state, but you can do it.

I'm not sure what the curve was before the injury but the Peyronies Disease seems to be both contributing to curve and creation of scar tissue. I have not experienced any pain nor issues with erections. As far as the urologist goes I'm not sure he was completely educated on the topic because he needed to call a colleague to find out what to prescribe me and he also ended up prescribing me a blood thinner without telling me the consequences of being on a blood thinner or that is was a blood thinner at all.

What is the blood thinner the doctor prescribed you?
I have some knowledge in the subject.

Sorry, but I believe I disposed of the prescription. I'm not sure how I can find this information either, maybe I can contact the urologist.

Also, the pentox studies in the sticky look like they will be great to show my doctor. Was just curious if there are any studies that mention the use of low dose Cialis in combination or by itself? The idea makes enough sense to me but a study would be helpful.
