Overpumping

Hi,

I have peyronies (dorsal curve).

I wonder if someone could specify the procedure for pumping (SomaErect 3 cylinder) - how many pumps needed?
What the aim is (full erection?).

I've read lots of posts warning against overpumping and certainly don't want to do more damage.
