Hello Guys,

I am a male 25 years old living in the Netherlands, suffering from some degree of erectile dysfunction for about 2 years now, believed to related to my pelvic floor.

Last month, I decided to do a Doppler US examination as a last medical examination about my problem. The doctor that did the examination said it would not show anything however I wanted to do it for my own calmness of mind to really believe there is nothing wrong with my body. However, the doctor did not mention of any possible complications of doing this test. I thought it was standard non dangerous procedure.

The test came clean as was expected. Before, I had an injection which caused a prolonged erection for about 5-5:30 hours, which was not painful or full after the 3rd or 4th hour, and it went down by itself after I was about to get my bike to ride to the hospital( a bit worried for passing the 4 hour limit). I called  the emergencies at the hospital and told them that it went a bit longer, and they answered that if it's below 6 hours is definitely not a problem.

After that my erections seemed to got improved and more frequent actually, up to a few days after the examination. I was feeling a bit more tension at the point I had the injection but not painful one. I assumed that was normal.

About 10 days ago( more than 3 weeks after the Doppler examination), I started having a continuous odd feeling in my penis. It looked a bit swollen and also the erections had become weaker. They had become more weak compared to how weak there were with my initial ED problem.

Day by day the odd feeling became pain, and the swollen flaccid penis has become a hard flaccid penis. It is switching between flaccid and normal many times during the day, but it is mainly hard flaccid. There is also a tiny lump( like a small line at the site where I had the injection or about there). That's where the centre of the pain is mainly! The area around the lump really hurts! It also seems that the flaccid state of the penis has a tendency to turn around that lump. I was not able to check what happens when is erected as since the pain started I haven't had a single erection.

What do my symptoms suggest? Is it possible to be developing penile fibrosis( corporal fibrosis?) due to possible inflammation from the injection?
I was told that a prolonged erection of 5-5:30 wouldn't cause such a problem...
Is it possible to be developing peyronies around that lump that has shown up?

Is that possible after having an injection once for diagnostic purposes?

I am having an appointment with the doctor soon, however I would like to have your opinions guys. That would be really appreciated!

Thanks!
