Questions about the beginnings of the 3 Cylinder protocol.

This is the third time I am beginning the protocol. I had an injury and dermatitis that set me back the first 2 times.

I have made it past the beginning 2 "A" weeks. "A" weeks went well, I was able to get some good blood flow going, despite the tight restrictions, and no pain, except for dry skin chaffing where there was lack of lube in the upper portion of the cylinder.

Now, I am on week "B". My plaque is causing an indentation on the lower 1/3 of the shaft, directly on the left side.
After about 5-6 pumps, I feel a pinch in this area. The pinch is not exactly on the side, but more towards the bottom front near the scrotum.
I don't believe the scrotum in entering the cylinder, so I am assuming the plaque is resistant to stretch and causing this pain? Has anybody else felt this sensation?

Or, is the VED painless for other members in the area of your plaque?

I have pinching sensations as well. Those sensations eventually lead to my chronic lymphoedema and "donut effect" which lasted a few days. At the same time, I seems that my peyronies has improved since having that happen, as if I burst or ruptured lymphatic vessels, veins, or plaque that was inhibiting my penis.

In fact, I have this sensation to this day when I manually stretch , and again, it corresponds to my improvement. Be warned however, as it may be a sign of lymph damage.

No idea.... This is one of those things that bothers me a lot. Not knowing if it's plaque, or thrombosed veins or lymphatic vessels or what.

Neo, thanks for the response.
It is a bit of guess work with treatment sometimes, isn't it?  :D

Absolutely, it would be so much easier if Peyronie's was better defined.

The old idea of a singular hard dorsal plaque casuig bending is so out of touch with reality. Google image Peyronie's and that's all you get, images that make no sense and are oversimplified. It's almost shocking that the disease isn't studied more!

The soon to be doctor who specialises in peyronies on this board should speak up more regarding his theories :)
