Whatdo

Hey guys,

I'm 22 and staying celibate until marriage, so no sexual partners, and last Monday I wanted to switch up my masturbation routine a bit. I got a condom, for the first time, and I just slipped it on (apparently the wrong way). It went down half my shaft, so for a full minute I was jamming my penis through it and trying to stretch the condom to the bottom of my shaft to get full coverage, not that that was necessary, but I just wanted to...do it right. Needless to say, it didn't end up stretching that far, and my penis burst through after a couple minutes of being jammed (from thrusting the condom downwards on my penis and thrusting into it at the same time, bucking force?!) and choked and wriggled.

I didn't hear a snap or anything, and I wasn't in immediate pain. I masturbated afterwards and I felt like I had reduced sensation but didn't think much of it. 2 hours later, I noticed a horizontal chord covering a quarter of my girth mid-shaft on the left side of my penis. I stretched my skin to reveal 3 other smaller chords, one above it, and 2 slightly higher on the right side of my penis, also next to each other. The chords are not colored, and I can press them down. They're not "hard" but they do bounce back right after being pressed. In between the chords, there's somewhat of an indentation, with the left one being more noticeable. I don't get spontaneous erections, but I can induce them. When I do, my penis curves to the left, then right, semi-flaccid (never did that before), but then up when fully erect. My erections take longer to subside. Related to that is my veins are more noticeable and are pumped more often than they used to be. Sometimes there's a very dull pain. As mentioned, I have reduced sensation but can still ejaculate. Also, when I walk around and I have a hard-flaccid or erection, there seems to be less "support."

My question is: Is what I am describing the acute phase of Peyronies? I am aware there's lymphangitis and other conditions so I don't want to get it wrong. What it is, what do you think I should do? I have a urologist visit scheduled 2 Thursdays from now. I hope that's not too long. Thanks you very much and sorry for the long post. As a young man, the possibility that my penis can be affected for the rest of my life is pretty distressing.

Vulpes

Hi mate, I too seem to have reduced sensation in the head of the penis and mine does bend to the left when erect but normal when flaccid. I guess with this thing there is no "normal" Good luck with the urologist visit. Please let us know how you get on.

The only way to truly know is to see a Peyronie's specialist. Regular uros tend to know nothing about the disease, and they will take minor bending very lightly. My urologist dismissed my case and then I ended up with a full blown case, find a specialist immediately.

Lymphocele usually presents itself under the glans on the right or left, and usually there are several cord like vessels bulging out that get larger with sexual activity. Lymphocele can come with minor edema that gets trapped in the glans, causing sensation loss due to the fluid build up. From my knowledge lymph problems do not cause bending, but I don't know for sure.

Peyronie's is not well understood, and neither are vascular or lymphatic problems of the penis. Most of the literature seems to present these problems together or confuses which is which. That's why the only thing you can do is to get an ultrasound and the opinion of a specialist.

Any problem with your penis, be it Peyronie's or not, that causes bending should be taken extremely seriously. Pain in the penis is a major indicator of damage and should not be taken lightly either. Personally I would ice it, and lay off erections entirely. During that time I would stretch my flaccid penis very very lightly to ensure it heals straight. This is my personal opinion as stretching itself is dangerous and could cause more damage, the only thing we can say is to see a specialist!

Order CoQ10 if you like and take 300mg a day, which was shown to reduce curvature and plaque size in a famous study. It also has major healing effects on your arteries, which means your penile blood flow should improve if it's compromised. Acetyl-L-Carnitine was also shown to help with Peyronies but at a high dosage of 1gram three times a day. Beyond that is Pentox and low dose Cialis, and if you do have Peyronie's and it worsens you can also try traction or VED therapy. There are options for you so don't over stress, but consider yourself with a major injury. Treat it like an injury, don't go using your penis now. I think that using your penis after an injury is light lifting weights with a torn ligament or a broken bone. It will take months and months to heal. Any masturbation down the road will have to be done extremely lightly and always with a full erection. PM any of us with questions and try posting on a different board where discussion is allowed. On the introduction board here we aren't allowed to respond past a certain limit.
