Natural Hygiene
« on: July 22, 2014, 06:46:18 PM »

Hi to everyone,

I've been a great reader of this forum in the past, I post some messages too. I'll try to be the more short I can, if u want to know something about my story please read my previous posts. Just some words, i lost about 2 years of my life following traditional medicine instruction having no positive results excepts arising of other health problem (i.e. stomach) connected to the using of medications.

About 1 years ago i decided to get life in my hands and, pushed by desperation, i was looking for a solution to solve my problem. I was starting to think that peyronie was only the point of a iceberg of all my problems; so I decided to switch from a normal diet to a... natural diet, based on vegetables and fruit. I put out from my diet, step by step, before meat and industrial sugar, than milk and eggs. Meanwhile i decide to get joke of my doctor, continuing to see him to have update about my peyronie's situation (thanks to ecodoppler) simulating to take medications.......

So after less than a year i did ecodoppler and i discover that the plaque was reduced about 44%. The doctor was enthusiastic, but i ve not the power to the told him the truth. I'm still continuing to follow this diet, or better it's ok if i call it a way of life. Trust me, is not very simple to explain theory in english for me, but peyronie is a way that the body has to tell us that something is not going for the correct way inside: inflamation was the basys of all; if u give your body the chance to remove/reduce inflamation and to make the blood more clean and fluid than in the past (it's connected to your diet and not medicication!!) you can really cure or at least invert the trend of this disease (and not only this one... remember, peyronie it s only the point of a iceberg!)

Someone that does not agree with my diet, told me that i put my body in a catabolism situation for about 1 year; so because our body is not stupid after some time with enough energy it started to delete automatically the more useless things... in this case the parts of the plaque. Have u never heard about the therapeutic fasting? Ok, it's something similar...  I can write pages and pages about my experience, i'm still fighting against peyronies, the plaques is reduced but is still there! I want to inform all you about this thing, im avaible to reply to your answer... just a question, try to give me simple question because my english level is not so good and to explain this things is not very simple for me in another language differente from the mine.

I am somehow confused.  ???
The topic name is "Natural Hygiene" but you are not mentioning hygiene even ones on your post.
Regarding the plaque reduction by 40%, it may be your diet, it may be the natural regression of Peyronies. You will never know.
Any how, is nice to hear about such an improvement. Did you have some other improvements also, like curvature (if you had at all)?

I think he may be using the word 'hygiene' in its original sense, which means 'practices conducive to good health.'

Most people nowadays think it means 'cleanliness,' but originally it meant (and still means) any healthful set of practices, including diet, exercise, etc..

Perhaps a less confusing title would be 'Natural Health'?  ;)

+1 point to Ursus: Igiene naturale or Igienismo is the term in Italian for Orthopathy.

Anonimo, couldn't it be that you fall into the ~14% of men who finds a spontaneous recovery from Peyronie's disease? I mean, I'm quite sceptical about those hypothesis, specially if they are meant to substitute scientific research (cof cof... Steve Jobs and fruitarianism trying to cure his cancer).

I agree that Peyronies Disease can be just one in a larger set of related autoimmune inflammatory conditions, as it has been observed in some studies. There's been observed an increased gene expression of certain antigens of the HLA-DQ subfamily. As well as other signs like presence of anti-nuclear antibodies and hypergammaglobulinemia.

But I try to be open-minded and, quoting Jobs, don't be trapped by dogma. So, please, tell us a bit about your diet.

Hi james,

Ursus and caesar are in right when they say :

Quotes deleted by moderator!!! Please read the forum rules!!!
James

About Steve Jobs the thing is so different, maybe he switches to frutarianism too late in his life or maybe he didn t have to choose the strict fruitarianism diet in that case (i read somewher that sugar, unfortunately fruit sugar too, can make worse cancer cells). Maybe could he go to a Gerson clinic before? Do you know it? Anyway I dont know so much about Steve Job's cancer story to discuss it seriously , im sorry.

Im just going to work, this evening when i come back home i ll write something else about me. see you

Sorry for the quote, james, i didn t remember there was this rule 2 years ago

Anyway if you interpret natural hygiene such as good health practices or igiene naturale/igienismo/orthopathy you are on the correct way.

About me, what can I say, except the plaque reduction i told before, the curvature is not simple to explain. Originally i had a 30° degrees curvature on the left and downard too. At the moment the degrees curvature get better but not so much, the left curvature remains but the downside one disappears almost at all. The penis is still a bit thin on the basis than the rest due to the scar location; this thing cause me some problem to keep erection long time like before peyronie (but could be a mental problem too - im not completely "out" under this point of view).

Meanwhile regarding my "diet" (i generally prefer to talk about a way of life) for about a year i ve organized my day in this way or smthg similar:

- breakfast : raw orange or carrot juice (about 1/2 L - should be a bit more than 16 oz)
- mid-morning: monotype sweet-fruit meal (i.e. bananas, persimmon fruits, exc.)
- lunch: fresh vegeterian salad (no mozzarella, no tuna, no sweet corn additions)
- mid-afternoon: monotype non-sweet fruit meal (i.e. kiwi, pineapple) / rarely a hanful of dried fruit
- dinner: gluten free grain like quinoa, millet (no flour!) soaked some hours and then steamed with vegetables

In this way i go on for about 1 year before starting work and living in a wonderful place like Ireland. At the time i didn t make any sport but i used to move from a place to another every day with my bike (at least 30-40min/day). Not only, i did every month one session of hydrocolon therapy and a day/week 24h fasting to give my body the opportunity to detoxify it (i ve used homeopathic "medicines" too, to promote this detoxification)

Now i ve to go to bed. Tomorrow i will read your reply and i try to explain other things if u are interested in.

Sounds good to me. Olive oil is always good as well since it contains Vitamin E and healthy fats that improve endothelial health.

I looked over your posts but I didn't see that you were taking any supplements, are you taking anything aside from pentox and cialis?

Hi NeoV, i forgot to say i dont eat any fried foods (except fried chips 1 time/week when i go out with my friend) and i use only raw olive oil extracted with non-mechanical pressure (max 2 tablespoon / day - too many fat are not good by the way). Obvoiusly all alcohlic beverage or industrial juice are considered as junk food. About supplements i took for about a year magnesium chloride, im not able to explain correctly the reason why i ve taken it but you have to know that it helps to fix, move and balance calcium deposit in body parts (plaque too?)

How you can extract the oil with non-mechanical pressure?
By the way, olive oil will not make you fat and is known also to reduce cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood. My own experience approves that. My cholesterol is 90 even I am a meat lover (fatty meat), I suppose because of the olive oil on the tomato salad or mixed raw vegetable salad I eat daily.

Hi james, with something like this :

http://www.olive-oilz.com/image-files/ancient-olive-oil-mill.jpg

In Italy we have an olive oil culture and it's pretty easy to find that type in supermarket. The difference between this and the normal one is that with a non mechanical extraction olive oil is not subjected to temperature over 40° during extraction; this thing helps it to mantain all positive effects without causing any negative effect due to olive oil modifications at high temperature (always using it with moderation!)

About fat, i'm for a 8:1:1 diet (carbo:pro:fat) if u are able to take this carbo from fruit and vegetables (yes, you can). Obviously you cant expect to get carbo from pizza, pasta and co. because in this case you are going to increase your level of inflamation and you risk to obtain the opposite effect. Surely this 8:1:1 could be switched in a 7:2:1 or something similar if u are doing a sport and u need more protein (anyway the maximum quota according to the hygiene is very low if we compare it to a "normal" diet. less than 1 gr / kg body)

OFF TOPIC ||| I ve found a very interesting 3d in the forum http://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,4799.0.html smth similar to my way of life, so im not the only one believing in the food influence! that's sounds good

The picture on the link is the exact picture of how we are traditionally making sunflower oil in my town.
Maybe because of the Roman Empire soldiers settlers in Romania 1900-1800 years ago.
So you can call it non mechanic, but it is pure mechanic, jut that no heat is involved.  The stones can be turned by oxes or donkeys, but also by wheels with pallets on small rivers.
Somehow of topic, but thanks for the memories :)
