In Dec 2006 I had the above procedure - for some months my consultant diagnosed Cialis to help achieve a stronger erection after which I was able to perform relatively normally, and achieve an orgasm comfortably. The reduction in penis length of about 1 to 1.5 inches was an unavoidable side product of the operation, although my girth seemed to increase? Now 8 years on, I find orgasm very hard to achieve, almost impossible via masturbation and penetration, but possible with help from my wife via oral sex and visual stimulation.... she can become disappointed at lack of success at times but is and always has been very supportive. I am now aged 66 and retired, and my GP implies " it comes to us all, after all, you're no spring chicken"........my question is, would requesting Viagra / Cialis whatever now help me? I am finding my sex life very frustrating !

I don't want to use hard words regarding your GP, but his sentence:
Quoteit comes to us all, after all, you're no spring chicken
Completely wrong!!!
I am also 66+, can't even think, with all my Peyronies problems to give up sex.
If the only way to have sex and get orgasm is using Viagra or Cialis, use them.
I was trying first a 5 mg daily Cialis. If this will not be enough, take Viagra for intercourse. You may try first 25 mg, if not helps 50 mg and if not help, 100 mg.

GAVIN48:

I completely agree with James 100%! I will be 85 years old in September this year and can still achieve an erection, have an orgasm and experience retrograde ejaculation due to a radical prostatectomy in 1995. The ejaculate goes back into my bladder since the prostate gland is not longer there.

Amazingly, I can still achieve a natural erection firm enough for penetration with manual stimulation by using a cock ring to hold it up. I also use the VED for erections just for maintenance of what I have achieved for my Peyronies Disease symptoms with the vacuum therapy.  So, my advice to you is to tell your doctor that he is totally wrong when he says to you that at age 66  "It comes to us all, after all, you're no spring chicken". There is help for any and all sexual problems in today's sexual world of medicine. Only a very few can not be helped with the various methods in the medical field today.

Regarding tackling GP again -Will do.....would Viagra or alternative assist in actually making ejaculation easier? I welcome a firmer, more consistent erection via medication, but that is only half the problem!

From my experience yes:
