I completed the Xiaflex trials almost two years ago. My penis was significantly straightened, BUT--since then I have a form of priapism that is killing my quality of life. When I make love with my girlfriend my erection won't go down, unless I stand up for at least 10 minutes. I can't cuddle her and go to sleep, etc, and I can't wait for it to go down naturally, because it doesn't.

I also awaken two or three times a night with painful erections, and I have to go to the bathroom and walk around until it goes down, by which time I can't go back to sleep.

I don't know if this was caused by the Xiaflex itself or the erection shot (Trimex?) that was given. Each time I got it, it took longer and longer for my erection to subside. I told my doctor about the priapism, and he just laughed it off, saying "guys would be jealous of you." I told him it's not funny, but he did nothing.
Has anyone else experienced this, or know anything about it? It's driving me crazy. Thanks.

What your doctors says may be true for many people.

Do you use Trimix injections for erection each time for sex? Trimix will give you a long lasting erection indeed.

That sounds rough, I recommend you see a different doctor. Perhaps with time they will stop happening?
