Hello

I will make this as short as possible.

I have ED which started around 2 years ago and I am not sure about the cause.  I saw a uro yesterday and he ordered many tests including the penile ultrasound which I am really worried about as I have heared that only one injection is enoupgh to cause fibrosis.  Should I porceed with the test or not?  Unfortunately it is the only way to check for blood flow, venous leak and peyronie.  I dont really have curve in my penis when erect infact It is straight however there is a slight bend to the left like this \ but it is less than that.

I dont have morning erection, sometime I do and they are only hard at the shaft so the glans is soft.

Thank you...

There are many reasons for ED, so if you don't have any other Peyronies symptoms then you likely don't have Peyronies.

As far as the test, if you don't have the test, then you won't know what the problem is. Some men feel the injection is a risk but also thousand have had the injection with no issue. But I can tell you from personal experience that the needle is very small and the doctors know how to carefully use it.

The doctor told me that we can only guess without the test and that would put me into severe depression not knowing what is going on with my penis.

Why not describe it to us? Simply saying you have ED doesn't help us. It could easily be psychological due to performance anxiety, as I had and made erections literally impossible, or it could be induced by excessive masturbation or porn consumption. Check out yourbrainonporn.com , it is no joke. Finally if you do have real ED, what is it like?

Did you try Cialis?
Did you stop masturbating for two weeks?

I would not recommend penile injections unless you need it.

Moreover, I would recommend you go to forums specifically related to forms of ED.

As far as whether or not that injection can cause peyronies, I do hope someone can tell you more about that, since I don't know at all.

Any injections into the penis may trigger plaques. In most cases will not.
Also without inducing an erection, the doctor can't check venous leakages. So it's "Catch 22".
Many of use are getting Xiaflex injections, PRP injections, Verapamil injections and so on. If one want to try such treatments or diagnosis, he must to take the chance on his own responsibility.
For Noway traction and 5 mg Cialis worked, for me VED, Pentox, 5 mg Cialis and Ubiquinol (or CoQ10 if you are young) worked.

Cialis does work for me but I am afraid that It will stop working in the near future.  I hope that It will work for 20 years+.
Thanks

I have been diagnosed with a low blood flow in fact my doctor said that even very
Old people in their 70s and 80s have better blood flow.  I am only 23. Very sad indeed.
The only good thing is My veins are not leaking any blood the EDV from the ultrasound was 0 so I think I might benefit from penile revascularization.

OYG:

Suggest that you consider using the VED therapy to increase your blood flow in your penis. That is one of the reasons that VED therapy is used in treatment of ED as well as Peyronies Disease.

You have written:
QuoteI think I might benefit from penile revascularization.
Before doing that, ask the doctor how many such surgeries he made.
It is a very rare kind of surgery with very low success rate.
Make a google search for it before you put yourself under the knife.
You have just one penis and have many treatments you can try before cutting, one of them VED as Old Man said.
Just my opinion in any case, it is your penis not mine.

I would try a lot of stuff before revascularisation surgery.

Get your fasting bloods, ha1c and insulin response test done. Try to avoid processed carbs.

Get your testosterone levels checked, start lifting weights a few times a week and sprints every now and then.

Use 5mg cialis every other day for a while, see how your function is after a few months on it.

What is your general health like? Are you overweight? Do you have any other medical conditions?

@James: This could probably be moved to the ED forum if you want to preserve the don't comment on intro threads thing.
This is an emotionally destructive condition, we all have it, let's be nice to each other.

I am 100% with Old Man to use VED to increase blood flow.
