I am 26 and have slowly developed Peyronies Disease from 2 years ago (possible penis trauma) and now my curve is about 35/40 degrees left and downward. I have tried to use a traction device (andropenis) a few times but I have the same problem every time. When I start wearing it I feel slight discomfort in the area where my curve is, and after a few days I get pains even when I am not wearing the device. The pains are sudden, sharp and come and go. Nothing to make me writhe in agony but a type of pain that is very uncomfortable. Does anyone else experience this and does anyone have any advice? Should I just go through the pain until my penis gets used to it? or should I stop? I am not very well informed about these extenders so any advice is welcome.

I also take pentox, Acetyl L-Carnitine and pomegranate capsules to help with my curve, but so far it has just stabilised and not reversed. Any suggestions with regards to what to take would also be appreciated

Proposing you to add low dose Cialis and CoQ10.
I was adding also VED.

It is already a big achievement.
The treatment you are doing is a marathon, not a sprint. How long time you are on this treatment?

I have been recommended a Vacuum device by my urologist and I am waiting for my doctor to prescribe it. I will ask her for Cialis as well. I am assuming this works on the premise of increased blood flow to the penis?

It is good to know that this is an achievement as I'm sure the worsening is terrifying for most men. I have taken pentox for 5 months but there was a small gap in that time and I have started taking it again properly (1200mg a day) from last month. I understand it will take time but I am willing to do whatever possible to help myself.

I have noticed an improvement of blood flow from taking the pomegranate extract and I'm hoping this will help. I take it because I read about nitric oxide and its importance for erections, which pomegranate supplements.
