Been using the VED for a year or more with still not improvement. Granted, I have NOT been consistent at ALL. When I do it I do see improvement after a day or two but then it goes away if I stop.

Questions:

1) I am getting red dots on my penis. What should I do to prevent this?

2) Does the VED cause ED?

3) I have extreme loss of thickness/girth at base of penis. Will the VED thicken it eventually?

4) HAS ANYONE SEEN PERMANENT THICKNESS IMPROVEMENT WITH VED?

I do not have a curvature and my only problem is lack of thickness in base area.

I had a seven inch penis and I think the length is still there it's just so hard to get an erection and maintain it due to the size of the plaque AND the fact that it's a plaque.

I'm only 22 and have had this for a year and a half to two years. I'm losing hope.

I am expressing my own opinion here:
Consistency is the key to see results from VED
Most forum members using VED as a part of combination of treatments.
1) Maybe you are over-pumping
2)VED not causing ED, but for me and also some other forum members more difficult to get erection after the VED session.
3)VED will help in most cases to get back lost length and girth.
4)I had permanent improvement from VED, let say got back 15 to 20% from what I have lost.
You may be a good candidate to Xiaflex. Get to a Peyronies specialist and check it out.

Age 71, Peyronies from Jan 2009 following penis fracture during sex. Severe ED.
Lost 2" length and a lot of girth. Late start, still VED, Cialis & Pentox helped. Prostate surgery 2014.
Got amazing support on the forum

The forum suggests that VED does return your lost girth and fill out dents.
In my case it thickened the thin area at my base in combination with traction.
Those two therapies have been very helpful for me.

1) Red marks might be ruptured small blood vessels. Try not pumping too hard and see a Dr if the this persists.
2) VED aids blood circulation, and has allowed me to achieve full erection when required. I use an adjustable tension band to maintain the erection.
3) I have been using VED for only five weeks, and have stuck with the protocol. I have already seen improvement, particularly in girth but also to a lesser degree in length.
4) Too early for me to say, but I've read plenty of positive testimonials.

I'm not as young as you, but being only 11 years older I'm still considered young in suffering with ED. I can get aroused, but I cannot maintain the erection and the thinned areas are just rubbery and too flexible. But with VED and tension band it works great! I can recommend experimenting with cock rings/tension bands.

Have you been investigated for venous leakage?

As others have said, the key to using VED or any kind of physiotherapy is consistancy.
