I figured I may as well share my story so far, seeing as it seems mine is quite unique, and so far the earliest onset I have read about.

I am brand new to this forum, after only finding it last night. So far my story is one of ups and downs and maybe some of you can help to shed some light on my situation.

I began masturbating and an extremely young age. I seem to remember as early as 5 or 6 years old, I was able to achieve an orgasm, although obviously no ejaculation. Anyway, I became hooked and kept it steady from there. When I was around 13 I began ejaculating, and after discovering porn, took it to a whole 'nother level and was probably going an average of 5 times a day. I seem to remember around 14 years old noticing that my penis bent very slightly to the left. I remember wondering about it sometimes, but that's about it.

Fast-forward a couple years. I am now 16. This is when my first injury happened. I was with some friends at my house, and I was in a separate room talking to my girlfriend on the phone. One of my mates gets annoyed that I'm being antisocial and decides to sneak up behind me and give me the *wedgie* of my life. Two hours later we are walking to a party and my penis is in immense pain. I remember pretending like everything was okay but I was worried.

A few months later, and I have watched as a small-looking bruise on the left of my shaft has slowly grown to about 1cm in diameter. I was experiencing hard-flaccid (had no idea what that was at the time), pain, stress, and now more of a bend, but still very slight and barely noticeable when erect. (to this day never any problems with erections)

Go to see my GP after researching peyronies, she's never heard of it and tells me to come back when I'm sexually active.

One year later I am sexually active, and at this point I seem to remember the pain being mostly gone. Although there is one recurring thing that is constant throughout my entire story so far - me and my friends started smoking marijuana at around 16, and every time, without fail, to this day, smoking weed makes my cock hurt. I have always wondered if it has made my symptoms worse, or if getting high just makes me more aware of pain...

Anyway, I think that whatever injury I had, was mostly healed at this point, and I was left with a very noticeable scar, and a slight bend to the left. I am sexually active for the next 5 years and seem to remember only experiencing pain when masturbating too much, or smoking weed. The stress that I felt as a 16 year old boy seemed to pass completely for my college years, although I was very aware what peyronies was all along, and was always checking my penis to see if it was getting worse.

24 years old now, and I am seeing a new girl. A couple nights of heavy drinking and rough sex close together. One morning I wake up, with little memory of the night before, and my penis feels different. My new girlfriend tells me that in the middle of sex last night I slipped out and slammed my penis into her pelvic bone. Apparently I drunkenly muttered "i think i broke my dick", and being the idiot i am, continued to have sex and finish. I wasn't extremely worried at this point, but over the next couple months, it happened a few more times. Not always in a drunken stupor, but this girl seemed to love moving during sex in a way that would cause me to slip out and slam into her. Now i notice a bump on the upper left of my penis.

The pain gets worse, I go to see 4 different doctors on the NHS. 2 of them see nothing wrong (there is still obvious scar tissue all over the left side of my penis) and the other 2 say "your a young boy, have some ibuprofen and wait for it to heal".

Well, this was about 6 months ago, and the pain right now is the worst it has ever been. I have since broken up with the girl, and am now at a point where the pain is really affecting me psychologically. Every day I feel it, I'm taking way too much ibuprofen and it is a constant struggle to try to not think about it. One thing I was thinking about, it during my college years, I almost never smoked weed, and don't remember ever having pain. I recently started smoking weed again about 5 months ago and everytime I feel pain in my penis. I am stopping this now. It is a horrible habit and just makes me depressed. I have also been a very light but consistent smoker (1-4 a day) for the last 3 years or so. This also stops now.

Right now my plan is to get me some supplements, and try to find a urologist or doctor who is willing to give me the time of day. I have no problems getting an erection and maintaining it, but damn it hurts.

Any and all help/suggestions would be appreciated

Thanks

First, after reading your story I would like to say you are lucky.
You had a few injuries and still able to get a sustain a good erection as you say.
It is a positive thing to stop smoking at all and stop with the weed.
Don't think I am stating that because I am over 66.
Don't forget that my generation invented almost everything regarding weed and much more extreme, free sex and so on. I was a heavy drinker and heavy smoker and done almost all the possible negative things.
My mother language is not English, so I don't know what is *wedgie*
To your problem:
Read the forum much as you can to understand Peyronies.
You must see a Peyronies specialist to diagnose you. You may have or not Peyronies.
Be aware that also many "Peyronies specialists" have not too much understanding in the disease!!!
Start taking CoQ10. It is not expensive and may help with the pain and generally with health.
Start keeping a healthy way of life, exercise, healthy diet and so on.
I am not proposing you to abstain from sex, but be careful not to have additional injuries.
Keep in touch and update us, because if you have Peyronies, you should start treating it early if you want to stop the progression and reverse the symptoms.
And don't forget, you are young and young people recover much faster :)
