anybody experience w manuel excersies using only hands for straightening

new here now even sure what traction therapy is but i don't think its only using ur hands i found one of those ebooks and it seemed to help it was for targeted exercises for curvature fixing but it was assured you could achieve results w peyronies it might just take a little longer to break up scar tissue i did it for like a week but my gf scared me away from using it bc she said she read sum where traction therapy could increase deformity even w improved sexual function?? there's so much bs out there idk what to believe anybody tried this bf it really seemed to be helping. would results be permanent?

also i thought id add im 21 and im sure i caused this myself while trying to jelq if anybody knows what that is i was going thru a rough spot in my life so naturally i would think manual excerises would b all that would help me

No, that website is looking to sell a book of stretches for $50.00. It is garbage. Generally speaking, any website looking to sell you something that hasn't been tested is a worthless scam. There are numerous treatment strategies discussed on our forum that are worth looking into. Good luck.

Sorry if personally I am discouraging you. I think the book is a scam.
I will give you an example:
I bought a book for $25 that the name was (more or less) "Cure yourself from Prostate Cancer and enlarged Prostate".
I follow the book religiously. Fasted for two weeks, taken out all my amalgam tooth filling and many other things the book advised.
The only result was that at the age of 60 I had just one tooth missing, at the age of 61 missing 4 tooth and two on the way to go.
I have written an email to him and I got a prompt answer from his wife:
"Sorry to inform you that may dear husband has passed away and is not with us anymore. We all are missing him very much"
Guess from what he passed away? From Prostate Cancer that he cured himself already 100%!!!
I suppose his wife have now a wonderful life with the millions that remains from the book sales with all those handsome beech boys around.
But the price is just $15, so you may buy it if you want.
Just be careful while implementing the advice's not to damage yourself more.
Suggesting you to ask the forum opinion about things before doing them.
Sorry being so suspicious to all those miracle cures (it is because I was there already, spent time and money while not getting nothing)

it is a little discouraging the site did say i could email but i had to buy a outlook account just to email does seem really bs but i did buy the ebook it and thats what idescribed myself trying it did seem to help after i did it rifght i jus figured somebody must have tried that by now its jus a scary thing if i mess it up more thanks
